The area is beautiful and Elisabeth gave us several good recommendations for activities and restaurants. We loved our room and enjoyed our stay. She had gluten free bread for my husband! "We had a lovely stay. The owners were friendly and welcoming. Despite our small amount of French and their small amount of English we managed to communicate well. The gite was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. The setup worked really well for older kids and teens but might be harder with younger kids as their bedroom was in a completely different part of the building to ours and they had to use the outside bathroom. We had our own apartment upstairs, which was lovely. The garden and surrounding countryside are beautiful and the pool has the most amazing views of the Pyranees. Fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay there again."

"Nothing to dislike, this was the best hotel I have ben to for a long time. It is set apart from the main area of Canfranc Estacion and has a unique history. The decor is wonderful, especially the ceilings. Comfortable room, excellent dining. Lovely friendly, attentive and professional staff. "

"Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a higher level."

"Lovely property in good location. Good communication and ease of access. Great showers/bathrooms, kitchen, lounges etc, and pool. Just could do with a spruce up in places, a new or cleaned barbecue, and one or two towels replaced!"
