Beautiful Villa of 150 m2 near Bassin d'Arcachon (300 m from the beach), downtown Arès and its market (1km), 10 minutes from the ocean and 20 minutes from Cap-Ferret. House that can accommodate 8 people comfortably.
Pool of 7mX4m., Depth 1.50m built in November 2016, around a beautiful wooden terrace of 40 m2 facing south (construction February2017).
Spacious and very isolated garden of 500 m2 and covered terrace of 50 m2, you will LOVE !!!

Ein wunderbares Haus mit tollem Urlaubsflair!

Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und unkompliziert. Zum Entspannen am Pool und Kochen mit Familie /Freunden ist dies der perfekte Ort! Unsere Kinder haben für 2 Wochen den absoluten Traum eines eigenen Pools genossen. Die kleine Bucht zum Plantschen ist quasi um die Ecke und zum fantastischen, offenen Meer sind es ca 10 Min. mit dem Auto. Eine kleine Anmerkung bleibt: 2 von 4 angegeben Schlafplätzen sind sehr weiche Jugendbetten und kaum für 2 Erwachsene geeignet. Die Schlafcouch ist nichts für anspruchsvolle Rücken ;-) Danke, Familie Chambolle, für einen tollen Urlaub! ------ Une magnifique maison avec une merveilleuse ambiance de vacances! Les hôtes sont très chaleureux. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre au bord de la piscine et cuisiner en famille ou entre amis ! Nos enfants ont profité du rêve absolu de leur propre piscine pendant 2 semaines. La petite baie pour patauger est pratiquement au coin de la rue et la mer ouverte est à environ 10 minutes en voiture. Une petite remarque finalement : 2 des 4 couchages sont des lits d'adolescent très moelleux et ne conviennent guère à 2 adultes. Le canapé-lit n'est pas pour les dos exigeants ;-) Merci, famille Chambolle, pour des vacances formidables!

Séjour très agréable

La maison est décorée avec goût et très confortable. Nous avons passé d'excellents moments en famille autour de la piscine. La rue est calme et possède le charme d'Arès. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et serviables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et garderons un excellent souvenir.

Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir cette superbe maison. Idéalement placée dans Arès (une adorable commune pleine de charme et de coins calmes même l'été). Plain pieds et extrêmement bien agencée pour une famille avec enfants. La maison est pleine de charme et fonctionnelle. L'extérieur n'est pas en reste, exposition agréable et piscine très bien entretenue. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans "Caprice" et espérons revenir l'été prochain. Propriétaires très disponibles, gentils et de confiance. Un gros coup de coeur pour cette location TRES vivement recommandée Famille C - été 2017

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans une maison très agréable ! Les enfants ont adoré le trampoline XXL et la piscine et nous avons bien profité de l'agréable terrasse ainsi que de la cuisine d'été. Je recommande cette maison +++++

Magnifique!

Huis is verdeeld in links en rechts deel met kamers en badkamers. Centraal is de gezellige keuken en living. Die geven uit op een fantastisch terras met trampoline en veilig zwembad. Als kers op de taart is er een charmante en handige buitenkeuken. Vooraan het huis is er plaats om twee auto's veilig te parkeren. Aanrader voor een groep tot zes volwassenen en een drietal kinderen.

maison très accueillante et lumineuse

Belle maison très bien décorée avec une magnifique terrasse.Au mois d'août rue passante mais pas de nuisances pour les chambres côté jardin et terrasse. Propriétaires très accueillants et de bon conseil. Attention à ne pas se tromper avec la literie : deux chambres avec un grand lit puis chambre enfant et canapé lit dans une salle télé. Sinon tout était parfait! A recommander sans hésitation!
