Summary:
Bring the whole family or your group of friends to this 3 Bedroom apartment for lots of fun and explore the beautiful city of Arequipa. The entire place is for you to enjoy. A large living room with smart tv. Complete with kitchen amenities to experience cooking Peruvian cuisines. Full bathroom. Wifi connection, towels, linens are provided too. The best spot to start your Peruvian getaway.

Some Peruvians regard Arequipa as the most “important” city in all of Peru, even more so than the capital of Lima, in large part due to its historical significance. With awe-inspiring museums, churches, cathedrals, and monasteries around every corner, you will need to move quickly, or be selective to see them all.

The property is approximately 4.2 Kilometers or about 15 minutes from the Airport by taxi depending on the traffic situation. It is 4 blocks or about 5 minutes walking from the building to the main square - Plaza de Armas.

The Space:
You will have the entire space all to yourself during your stay.

This 3 Bedroom Apartment has a large living space, dining area, kitchen. Full toilet and bath.

Toiletries are provided such as : shampoo, conditioner and body soap
Hotel quality towels and linens are also provided.

No washer/dryer for this unit. If you prefer to have your clothes washed during your stay, please make use of the laundry services in the neighborhood. Thank you for your cooperation.

You have the entire space during your stay. You will not share your suite with anyone else in the building.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants, museums and hospitals. It is located in a central area; 4 blocks or about 5 minutes walking from the building to the main square - Plaza de Armas and one block from the San Lazaro square where there are very good bars and restaurants.

You are walking distance from the famous and trendy Mercaderes Street where no cars are allowed on the street. The pedestrianization of Mercaderes Street might be the best decision the former mayor could have made for Arequipa.

You are 5 minutes away from Fundo El Fierro where you can buy local and national handcrafts; great tourist destination looking to buy a local souvenir.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 4.2 Kilometers or about 15 minutes from the Airport by taxi depending on the traffic situation.
We recommend you down load tine indrive app to request a taxi. Uber is available but taxi's are more convenient.

There is some zones on the street where you can park for free. But usually is full of vehicles, paid private parking with security camera is available in front of the building.

Bottled Water: If guests would like to purchase bottled water during their stay, an additional fee will apply. The 7-liter bottle is priced at 10 soles, while the 20-liter bottle is priced at 20 soles.

Great Location

I was very satisfied with my stay from the apartment to the location this place was amazing. Karin and Daniel were super helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is a bit cold due that the sun doesn’t shine on the building, nothing like a couple blankets can fix. I would stay here again 🙂
