ótimo atendimento.
O atendimento da equipe do hotel é incrível. Fiquei doente e a recepcionista foi super atenciosa e ligou para um médico ir me atender lá mesmo. A mesma funcionária também imprimiu nossos cartões de embarque (meu e das minhas amigas) e fez várias tentativas de achar um táxi grande no qual coubesse todas as nossas malas. Os quartos são grandes e limpos. Água para beber é disponibilizada numa garrafa no quarto. Secador de cabelo disponível na recepção. Chegamos antes do check in e eles disponibilizaram cobertores para que ficassemos aguardando enquanto nosso quarto não estava pronto. Café da manhã mais sortido de todos os 5 hóteis que fiquei no Peru, porém o único em que os ovos eram pagos. Bom sinal de wi-fi.

Um bom hotel em Arequipa.
Bom hotel, com ar de casa. O quarto era amplo, confortável e tinha uma varanda. A cama era um pouco pequena. O café da manhã era simples mas muito bom, servido no terraço do hotel, com vista para os vulcões de Arequipa. Localização ok, perto da Praça Central mas em uma rua bastante barulhenta e movimentada. O pessoal do hotel foi muito prestativo e simpático, nos ajudaram sempre que foi preciso.

schönes Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück! hatten erst ein doofes kleines Zimmer ohne Fenster, konnten dann aber problemlos das Zimmer tauschen. unsere späte Ankunft um 23:30 war kein Problem
