"Perla del Sole is a small, friendly B&B, though with a hotel-style reception, in the resort of Arenella, 8km from Syracuse. The hotel manager (who spoke excellent English) greeted us warmly and provided plenty of helpful information, such as maps, local restaurants, transport information, etc. The rooms were comfortable with all the essentials, including air conditioning (definitely needed at night, as it stays hot after sundown in Sicily) and free wi-fi, and were well cleaned daily. "We had a wonderfull time at this house. All facilities are present. Very Nice pool and quiet environment. Lot of Stores couple minutes away by car and beaches close. The host is perfect. Very friendly and helpfunctie to solve any issues fast if they occur. At check inn there was a welcome package with groceries and sicilian treats. "

"Everything was fine, the contact with Mr. Palumbo as well as with Mr. Greco was very pleasant. The house is comfortable and very well equiped and the pictures reflect completely the loviness of the premises and the surroundings. We would definitely love to stay again at the Villa Carmela."

"El espacio es precioso, con un jardín exterior muy agradable y muy amplia en el interior. Hay dos casas, una más pequeña muy bien equipada y otra más grande un poco destartalada pero cómoda. Fuimos en semana santa, con temperaturas entre 15 y 19 grados, y la casa no tenia habilitada la calefacción, por lo que resultaba un tanto fría, aunque tenía una chimenea que funcionaba bieny que solventó la situación. Ropa de cama ok, suficiente menaje de cocina. Tal vez mantas en mejores condiciones. Bien."
