"My husband and I stayed for 7 nights between Christmas and Net Years. The staff were all extremely professional and very kind! The concierge was so friendly I felt like we had made a new friend. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The hotel was in the perfect Place to walk to the Smithsonian museums. The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of hot and cold foods each morning. Our suitcase broke in the flight to DC and it was no problem for me to have another one sent to the hotel from Amazon. I don't write reviews often but this hotel. Especially the staff, really stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Stayed here for my boyfriend‘s birthday. Truly enjoyed it beautiful hotel. The only one thing that I would change is the fact that the elevator doesn’t go straight to the ground floor, you have to stop on a second then go to the ground. Other than that the staff was amazing and it was a great location."

Monique provided immediate assistance in fixing our safe and addressing another small issue. The breakfast was excellent and Allan, Lulu, and Andrew were extremely friendly and a great way to start the day with their greeting. The location is excellent and close to the metro or within walking distance if you choose. We will definitely return again when in DC!"
