"The hotel itself was fine. The staff was great. We were in town for sightseeing, and I would not recommend this hotel for that purpose. I regret not paying a little extra to stay closer to the White House area or even in Alexandria - we loved the feel of that area. That being said, I would still stay here again if I needed to be in the area. "
"Very nice room. Pretty clean except there was someone’s garbage in the under desk bin & the bathroom bin lid is rusty/tarnished.
Otherwise the staff has been extremely kind, helpful, and efficient. The room is comfortable and clean. Would stay here again. "
"The hotel was perfectly located for seeing DC. Rick the was fantastic helping us with tours and sightseeing. All of the staff was welcoming and super helpful.
Planning another visit next year.

"Staff were kind and helpful, across all areas (front desk, housekeeping, in the restaurant/bar). Literally my only complaint is that the card readers in the elevators were too low, and made you have to ask people to move out of the way so you could scan your key card to select your floor. Other than that, we enjoyed everything about our stay."
"I stayed here months ago and was absolutely in love with it--the customer service, the accommodations, the food, the furniture, everything is top notch. I stayed somewhere else on the Wharf on a recent trip and immediately regretted not staying here again. Lessons learned, I will ONLY stay at the Pendry for future trips to DC. "
