"Room was not cleaned until third day o stay. When I went down at 9 am and told person at front desk they picked up the phone and said they would send someone up right away. When I came back at 3 pm room still had not been cleaned. I asked cleaning person in the hall who said no one called to tell them to clean room. Many other examples of poor customer service. Here’s just one of many: before I checked out I texted to have my car sent up. When I came down my car was there but it was locked and there was no one present to retrieve the keys. I don’t blame the line personnel on the cleaning staff, in the restaurant or on the valet service but clearly the managers here have no concept of good customer service and should be dismissed."

"I was thrilled that they were able to take dogs.. which was fantastic but it was a $75 a night charge. They put us on the third floor facing the parking garage where parties happen at night and the street below was so incredibly noisy and echoed up into our room all night until about three or 4 AM and then around 5 AM. We had somebody that might have some psychiatric issues screaming at the top of their lungs to wake the blank up while banging on a street sign for about a half hour… so we had a very restless evening the first night we were there. I told the staff about it. She goes well. You should just pick up the phone and call me. It’s right by your bed. The phone was not by my bed 😬and at that point, I was just trying to get some sleep. I just found the hotel not to be clean. I did ask for a higher floor and mentioned it was a special occasion that I was bringing champagne when I got there the refrigerator wasn’t even plugged in so after traveling about five hours, I was left with warm champagne until the next day. The food at the restaurant that’s in the hotel is subpar the drinks ..the same and very overpriced. For a Hilton hotel, it’s probably one of the lower end hotels that they have and the price point is still quite high. I do not recommend this hotel. There are a lot of hotels downtown in Providence. I would avoid this one like the plague."

"For two days the elevator did not operate. I am 84 yoa and that meant climbing four floors. My room was on the fourth floor. I was simply told "the stairs are to the right of the elevator." The Breakfast was good, when available. It was not always available. Thank you for requesting my evaluation. John Bolduc (room 405)"

"Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. Upon going to dinner some one was checking into my room .She opened the door and I almost hurt her with the iron . Real sketchy place don't recommend at all . Not a family atmosphere at all."

"Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment close to Providence. Space was clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the fresh eggs left for us by the host who greeted us warmly. There was a great cafe and bakery just down the street. Would definitely stay there again."
