"-Ate at the hotel bar, wandered around for 5 minutes in an empty bar with people clearly seeing us before we were sat down from a rude server who when we arrived 45 mins before it closed. Was given an inedible rotten salad that I clearly couldn’t eat and paid for with no regard from the server. -We got stuck in the elevator for 7 mins and was told that “happens sometimes” after they have an event. We had to solve the issue ourselves as no one seemed concerned to help. -The hotel parking was confusing and the staff seemed to try and mislead us to not buy the pass, which was cheaper, then when we checked out the ticket didn’t work and we had to call to trouble shoot. Not to mention, for how much money you’re spending at a Hilton hotel in RI, parking should be free, not additional. Disney charges less than that. -Our tv barely worked and the remote was faulty. -The hotel smelled a bit off like a gas leak and hallway window on our floor was open with no screen or guard rail on the 11th floor. -For how much money we spent, there should have been no issues anywhere near this level."

"This property is very well appointed for a short or extended stay. We stayed for four nights and the kitchen was quite helpful. It is fully stocked for cooking complete meals.The neighborhood is clean, neat, and peaceful. The property is comfortable and clean and I hope to stay here again when I next stay near Providence, which is only about 10 minutes away. "

"Staying at this beautiful home made our visit GREAT! The home was clean and organized. The beds were set up beautifully with soft and great smelling towels on each bed (silly maybe, but a big deal to us) and bonus, the bathroom floor is heated. I made a special request and the property manager was very helpful. We were all very pleased. Highly recommend this property. "

"Room had a window on top of entry door that wasn't covered. So you'd effectively get all the light from the corridor into the room. Showers and toilet on the second floor are avoidable. The ones on the top floor are easier to manage. Location is not the best but it has great proximity to the city centre and airport. It's cheap for a reason."

"Exactly as described…. the host was extremely responsive. We were met with chocolate and biscotti which was a great touch! Very close to acquaint town everybody was super nice and the place was nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and soaps, showerhead good water pressure, which is really important for me. Lol great place to go walking and get some exercise. If you’re into that then you must go to Basta for a great Italian meal."
