"Well the staff wasn’t at desk when we arrived looked like he was at the bar he came jumped over counter and room we were supposed to get he said was dirty put us in another room that had a huge dirty spot on carpet the sheets and bedding was dirty. Then the breakfast is just a waffle and brownies. We loved the name of hotel but should be suite nightmare not suite dreams. Pool doesn’t work did like the big open area room if they updated it a little better equipment toys library and area was nice...
