Ideally air-conditioned to enjoy pleasant year-round stays, this beautiful retreat is perfect for a small group of friends or a family with children. The property offers a lovely veranda equipped with a rocking chair, alfresco dining, and breathtaking views of the mountains, all set in delightfully spacious outdoors. Adding to this charming space is a shared garden with hammocks and sunbeds for you to fully relax on your holiday.

The holiday house is newly furnished in a modern style and offers all modern amenities to accompany a carefree and comfortable holiday. A spacious living room with indoor dining, sofas, fireplace and a large flat-screen TV is available inside for getting together and reconnecting over a good drop of wine. The kitchen of the house exits out onto the balcony and has a lounge cum diner, along with kitchen appliances that would delight any home cook. These include a microwave, oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine and fridge, among others.

Thanks to a blissfully peaceful location, the holiday house is also perfect for spending a romantic vacation with a loved one!

Location

The villa is located in a very sunny zone in Ancient Pisa, from where restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and Olympia is a 10-minutes drive away. Olympia is the famous old Olympic town where the now world-renowned Olympic Games used to take place in antiquity. This town attracts visitors mainly for its rich archaeological heritage that includes the ancient Olympic ground and over 70 temples, treasuries, and structures dedicated to the Greek gods, including Zeus.

Lovely day trips on the Aegean Sea are about half an hour’s drive from here, and the closest international airport, Kalamatas, is approximately 1.5 hours car ride away from this holiday house in Olympia.

Given the properties uphill location, access is via a narrow & somewhat winding road for approx 600 mt. It is advisable therefore to arrive during daylight hours to be able to fully familiarise yourself with the roadway- maybe not suitable for inexperienced drivers.

A beautiful home and beautiful hostess!

A beautiful property in the middle of the Greek countryside surrounded by groves. The scenery is breathtaking and the hostess is wonderfully warm and friendly (she brought us home cooked foods most days!).

Once you arrive you may say I want to stay a bit longer at this wonderful location high above the Olympia. Our host was engaging and wanted to ensure the stay met our expectations. I would highly recommend this stay.

Nice house on the hills

Super! Nice house owner. Great to relax as the house is on a hill in the middle of nowhere so relaxing and enjoying the terraces and with high speed internet also junior is happy.

Het huis was perfect in orde, heel mooi ingericht (en voorzien van airco), de eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam, erkentelijk en vooral heel chaleureux (ze wonen in het verdiep onder het huis) en het uitzicht was overweldigend! Zeker vanop het terras met zowel zithoek als schommelbank was het zeer aangenaam vertoeven! Het was aanvankelijk iets moeilijker te vinden, hoewel de uitleg die we doorgestuurd kregen zeker wel perfect was. De “oprit” vraagt wel wat gewenning en durf in het begin (gravelbaantje van +/- 200 meter dat stevig naar bovenkronkeld), maar eens toegekomen is het zicht eindeloos ver! Alle foto’s zijn genomen vanop het eerste verdiep, de woning zelf en kloppen volledig met de realiteit.
