"Small, basic rooms but in a great location. If you want to leave luggage on the departure day you need to pay £2 per bag, first time I've ever had to pay to do this in a hotel"

"Won't be recommending this property. Told check-in was 3pm when my email said 2.30pm. The room smelt and stains all over. Booked a twin room and was given a double. Went to complain but a queue of people complaining already there. Just the one person serving with the manager not working the weekends. Not surprised with all the complaints!I was told they would split the bed up when out but surprise surprise this hadnt happened either. So dissapointed and for the price we paid. A rip off! Breakfast was a free for all with no clean or cleared tables. "

"I had a twin room which was spacious and clean with a large sized TV. Minor downsides were not all the USB sockets worked, the air-conditioning was on the noisy side but didn't stop me sleeping and some stains on the carpet and a chair make it look dirty but it was in fact very clean."

"One night stop before airport (about 30 minutes drive, even in morning rush-hour). Clean and comfortable but more functional than fancy. Easy parking. Ate a standard "pub-like" dinner in the bar / restaurant area. Breakfast was buffet style and better than expected. Most guests seemed to be single business travelers. Great value and perhaps 30% less than a hotel closer to the airport. Would stay again for the value."

"The worst room ever, NO TOWELS, NO TOILET, NO SHOWER. I don’t understand why this property is still allowed to host anyone. This was probably the worst hotel and should not be hosting any guests. No staff after 9 so access to property is via the yard in the back going up a slippery metal staircase in the rain. Instructions to get in were unclear and sketchy. I had to call the mobile phone provided and a lady helped out to get the codes. When I eventually got in, the area stinks and unkept. Then you have to access the room via a locked key box which was a nightmare to open. When you get into the room there’s a very old and shabby bed, insufficient linen and very cheap furniture. Very uncomfortable throughout. When I was looking for an iron to press my shirt there was nothing. Trying to have a bath and the shared bathroom was filthy, wet on the floor dirty inside and no soap provided The toilet had wee on the floor and toilet seat. I would like my money back please as I feel that I was subjected to the worst conditions possible Thank you "
