The Bad... Multiple Feral cats roaming the property, the room was in poor condition, bedding, towels, and furniture showed stains - shower never got hot, floors left the bottom of my feet filthy. The toilet seat was not the same shape as the bowl... The good, Staff was kind and checked me in quickly as I arrived afrer 1am and all I wanted was a shower and to sleep. The mattress was newer and comfortable.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was older but bed was quite comfortable, Showers were super HOT, and AC was really cold! Not a perfect property, but if all you need is a place to lay your head for the night its perfect!

the checking in was simple and personnel was friendly. The room smelled musty. The parking in the rear was completely empty and we were not sure if the car would be safe there In the morning there were more cars. the room was quiet but very old.

The pictures online do not adequately describe the actual room. Lightning in horrible, bathroom had mold and dirt in corners and baseboards. The area is very loud with cars, radios, people arguing outside, and people talking loudly outside rooms. On a good note, the check-in clerk was very polite and helpful with directions.

Let me start by stating, the front desk staff person was super friendly and nice. Slight bobble on our check in, but he was efficient and corrected things. Our unit was a 2 room suite, so I was pleasantly surprised. It was VERY clean, as far as bathroom, surface areas, bedding, but I hate sticky floors, and felt like I had to keep my shoes on. that could just be the cleaning product, but usually is because of not using fresh water each time. That is minor. Also, I was happy there wasn't a mold or other odor in the room, so that was good. Good cable and TVs in both rooms. Bed was comfy. NO sign of bugs at all! Kitchen area nice. Now on to the Cons...NO working ice machine, as advertised, had to try to find the pool, lol, but it was a nice one, lamps that don't work, burn holes in blanket, torn curtains (but drapes were good for privacy, being on the ground floor) kitchen cabinets kinda shabby, and you could tell the owners had put some effort into repairing walls, paint, etc. The huge minus for me was the couch and chairs. They were so badly stained and broken down, I really hesitated to sit on them. Go to Good will or the ReStore and get one for $50 that is clean. Would I go back? Possibly. The place seemed to have nice employees and tried to maintain it somewhat, but get the ice machine and furniture resolved (and cigarette holes in bedding) and it would be a good place to stay for the area. We were there for the rodeo, and with another one in Oct, may stay here again.

We ended up leaving. No pillow cases and the pillows were yellow. There were 2 roaches that I saw the head boards were leaned up against the bed the comforters were disgusting and there was no place close to bed to charge my phone. So dirty and disgusting. A rip off. I left right away. People just lingering near our vehicle.

As soon as you walk into the room, you are greeted with a cleaner smell. The AC isnt turned on so you have to when you get into the room. As a single 22 year old who slept there for work, I don't think it was too bad.

Not a good place to stay

It did not have any cold water in the bath to shower, it was all extremely HOT water. The pool is out dated and not in working conditions.the owners are very friendly. But not worth the stay.

Well let's start by saying wasn't nothing like the app said it was the booked a room for 3 adults and opon arrival checked in and was gave a key card that opened a door to a single bed the app showed two full beds with a slide out sofa so had to pay an additional fee for a two full beds and one of us slept in a freaking chair totally disappointed the room also didn't have a smoke alarm loud music was aloud to be played all freaking night was indeed one of the worst places I have ever stayed

The motel it’s is only if you are traveling for business and need to stay at a cheaper place, but my complaint is about the bathroom, a toilet in a very bad condition, the walls of the bathroom, the floor and door all in a very bad conditions overall the room only was not good but good enough
