- Ce splendide appartement de 100m2, typique de la ville d'hiver, entouré d'un magnifique jardin et de 2 terrasses vous séduira par sa localisation et sa décoration. Il se situe à 5 minutes à pieds du centre d'Arcachon et à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage tr ès belle plage Peirere.
Il dispose de trois chambres lumineuses, l'une d'elle dispose d'une terrasse privative. La cuisine à l'américaine donne sur le séjour salle à manger ainsi que sur l'autre terrasse et le jardin.

Super appt proche de tout a pied
Nous avons passé un super séjour à Arcachon
Le lieu est superbe et il a fait si beau que l’on a pu profiter de tout
Nous avons bcp apprécié le fait de pouvoir aller à pied au parc Mauresque, en centre ville (pour ballade, goûter mais aussi pour prendre le bateau pour le Cap Ferret), à la plage Péreire... et tout ça avec des enfants en bas âge
Ça nous a permis de vraiment profiter de nos vacances
L’accueil et les conseils de Laury étaient au top
Le bas de la maison super joli, confortable et bien décoré
La terrasse et le jardin un vrai plus !

Superbe et reposant
Super séjour passée fin Juillet dans le rez de jardin d'une ancienne villa aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de charme.
La villa est tout confort et parfaitement équipée (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, wifi, barbecue...)
Tout le jardin est bien aménagé pour profiter des meilleurs moments de la journée dehors dans un transat, un canapé ou même un hamac (avec même une chaufferette pour prendre les dîners en terrasse).
L'endroit est très calme, et super bien placé : à 10' à pied de la grande plage d'Arcachon (Plage Perreire) et à 5' du centre ville via le parc Mauresque.
Bref, avec nos 3 enfants, on a adoré et on reviendrait bien l'an prochain !

charm and comfort for an excellent stay !
At a few minutes on foot of a splendid beach, in a calm district, surrounded by a very pretty garden, the house is decorated with refinement, clean with a very comfortable bedding.
The place is full of spirit and charm, just like its owner!
We just regretted not to remain longer.

quiet and lovely
You don't need any car, you can walk to the beach, to do shopping.
there is place in the garden to keep bicycles, barbecue...
You can live outside all the day, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, to get sun burn. There is no noise.
Inside, it's lovely. the house is sunny, with many big windows. It's practical to cook. I chose this place many years ago, and I have decided to go back here every year, because it's very pleasant
