    - 1st bedroom: a 140 bed with new mattress, wardrobe and bedside tables
    - 2nd bedroom: 2 beds of 90 "slatted" box springs in the other
    - possibility of baby bed (cot "umbrella") as well as a high chair for small and baby bath
    - fully equipped modern and functional kitchen: oven (changed in April 2017), microwave, dishwasher (changed in 2016), washing machine (changed in 2016), "gas" hob, fridge / freezer, "normal" coffee maker and coffee maker Nespresso
    - lots of dishes: everything to cook without problems
    - Bathroom completely renovated in November 2016 with shower, WC and storage
    - Living room: comfortable sofa and armchairs

Wonderful house

Great house in beautiful ville d'hiver with 10/15 min walk to the city center or beaches. The house is a spacious vacation house with all that the necessary. Nicole was such a pleasure and easy to interact with. We hope we have the chance to stay there again in the future.

Nice house in a nice area in a nice city

Very easy to communicate with the host who speaks very good English and is quick to answer messages. The house is nice and clean and is situated in a very nice neighborhood only 10 minutes walk from the city centre and the beaches. Recommended.

Séjour à Arcachon – Ville d’HiverNous avons passé un agréable séjour à Arcachon, dans le quartier charmant de la Ville d’Hiver. La canicule s’est invitée pendant nos vacances, mais heureusement, nous avons pu acheter un ventilateur qui a bien amélioré notre confort.Le logement était globalement très bien, rien à redire sur l’accueil ou l’environnement ou la propreté . Juste un petit bémol sur les lits : les matelas étaient assez mous, ce qui n’a pas convenu à tout le monde… mais comme on dit, les goûts et les couleurs ne se discutent pas Merci à Nicole pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous repartons avec de beaux souvenirs !

Tolles Haus mit Charme in Strand- und Parknähe. Ideal für Familien.

Das Haus befindet sich ausserhalb des Stadtkerns von Arcachon in der Nähe eines schönen Parks mit Kinderspielplatz. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse mit großem Tisch, den wir täglich genutzt haben, um draussen zu essen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war hervorragend. Nicole ist wirklich eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die uns täglich mit Ausflugstipps versorgt hat. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Charmantes, zentrales Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung in Arcachon

Sehr nette Tage in Arcachon im schönen ruhigen Quartal. 10-20 Minuten zu Fuß von den Stränden, 10 Minuten ins hübsche Stadtzentrum mit Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bäckereien. Sehr liebevolle Gastgeber, die uns willkommen geheißen haben und mit allen möglichen Infos versorgt haben. Vor allem die kleine Terrasse haben wir an den Sonnentagen genossen. Unsere wärmsten Empfehlungen.

Maison parfaitement située à Arcachon, dans le calme et la beauté de la Ville d'Hiver (quartier avec de superbes villas), et à proximité à la fois du centre ville (moins de 10 minutes à pied) et des plages (centre : 10 minutes, Pereire : 15 minutes). On laisse sa voiture garée devant la maison pendant la durée du séjour ! Maison spacieuse, très agréable terrasse verdoyante ; et on est parfaitement accueilli avec tout le nécessaire sur place (notamment draps de plage). Merci pour cette très belle semaine.

Nicole a été une hôte très sympathique donnant des bons conseils tout au long du séjour pour les activités. Schönes Haus in netter Umgebung

Super gelegene kleine Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, Nicola hat uns mit allen Informationen, die wir brauchten versorgt. Auch eine Flasche Wein und Wasser waren schon im Kühlschrank. Das Haus ist herrlich in mitten der Villen in der „Winterstadt“ gelegen. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Eltern Bett ist nur 140 cm und somit ziemlich schmal, aber sonst alles Tutti! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

La maison est située dans un quartier très résidentiel d'Arcachon, le quartier est très calme, aucun souci pour se garer juste en face de la maison. La maison est assez ancienne mais très fonctionnelle et très propre. Elle dispose de toutes les commodités pour vivre, lave vaisselle, lave linge, machines à café. La salle de bain est très fonctionnelle et très propre. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et sont très réactifs à la moindre question que nous leur avons posée, que ce soit sur la maison elle même ou sur les recommandations pour l'organisation de notre séjour et de nos visites du bassin

Beautiful home beautiful area.

We have just returned from our stay at this lovely spacious house. There is every conceivable home comfort! The area is perfectly positioned to take in all of Arcachon's many attractions. The beaches and village centre are only 10 minutes walk away. There is a secluded patio area where you can take in the sun which is present nearly all of the day. The winter town area where this property is located is peaceful and beautiful, dotted with historic mansions. The host was informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. Even providing a handmade booklet at the property. We can't wait to come back. Thank you.

Toll für kleine Familie

Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns auch gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gaben. Das Haus ist toll gelegen zwischen den beindruckenden Villen der Winterstadt, Geschäfte und Strand sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht und bietet noch mehr: Handtücher, Seife, Gewürze und vieles mehr. Wir haben unsere 14 Tage wirklich sehr genossen.

Très bon séjour dernière semaine de juillet

Maison très bien située au calme, entourée de superbes villas classées, à seulement 10 mn à pied de la rue piétonne d’Arcachon où il y a tous les commerces et restaurants, 15mn de la mer ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous donnent de nombreux conseils. Nicole nous informe des bons plans de dernières minutes, notamment comment accéder à la dune du Pilat après les incendies car il aurait été dommage de rater un si joli endroit avec cette vue magnifique ! La maison est bien équipée, les serviettes de toilette, torchons à vaisselle sont fournis, choses en moins dans la valise. Merci Nicole et Jean-Claude

Schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Wohnumgebung

Das Haus hält, was das Inserat verspricht: Sehr ursprüngliches kleines Domizil in der etwas höher gelegenen Winterstadt. Wir hatten die Fahrräder mit, was sehr praktisch war, um auch die etwas längeren Strecken im Ort bequem zurückzulegen. Die Terrasse ist windstill, was für uns von Vorteil war, leider aber ohne Abendsonne. Üppige Ausstattung, es fehlt nichts, alles liebevoll dekoriert.

Excellent séjour et logement

Excellent accueil, logement remarqué pour sa propreté, très bien situé. Tous les équipements sont présents. Rien ne manque. Seul petit bémol pour la literie mais cela dépend de chacun. Recommandé fortement pour un séjour sur Arcachon.
