Excellent well equipped apartment

We were warmly welcomed by Madame Barbeau and her daughter in law. The apartment has everything you need for a lovely holiday. Excellent location with view of the bassin, a very well equipped kitchen and lovely decor throughout. Would love to visit again some time in the future.

Very enjoyable stay

Very good host, conscientious and attentive to our needs. She gave us a very good welcome and resolved any concerns we might have very promptly and to our satisfaction. This is a beautifully situated, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, right down to the last detail. It worked well for us because we wanted a place with a great view and was peaceful and quiet. It is not far to walk, along the beach walk for preference, to restaurants, cafés and shops (I'd recommend the covered market). To cap it all, if you want a quick dip in the sea, it's on your doorstep, almost literally!

C est toujours un chagrin de quitter Arcachon, mais cette fois encore plus car le cadre visuel est toujours présent dans cet agréable appartement très bien tenu par une Hôte dévouée et accueillante. Merci Madame.

Un séjour exceptionnel

Arcachon est en soit une destination très agréable mais la location de l’appartement de Madame Barbeau permet de sublimer l’expérience. Tout est parfait: l’équipement est très complet, la propreté est impeccable, la localisation face à la plage et très proche des services du centre-ville est parfaite, quant à la vue sur le bassin, elle est tout simplement magnifique. Qui plus est, Madame Barbeau est très accueillante et sympathique, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Nous conseillons vivement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Vacances à Arcachon

Très bel appartement, spacieux, extrêmement bien équipé (cuisine, serviettes de bain, diverses machines à café, etc., etc.). Deux balcons, nord et sud, ce qui permet de savourer le soleil ou l’ombre en fonction des températures. Bonne situation géographique très proche du centre. Et le plus beau : merveilleuse vue sur la baie d’Arcachon. Un accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire. A recommander vivement.

Très agréable séjour à Arcachon

Très bon séjour dans l appartement de Madame Barbeau. Appartement très propre, centre d’Arcachon accessible à pied à moins de 400m (sans les nuisances sonores), accès direct à la plage devant la résidence, vue magnifique sur le bassin depuis le balcon et place de stationnement très pratique sécurisée en garage souterrain. En bref, très bon séjour. Appartement à conseiller les yeux fermés pour un séjour à Arcachon.

Mon mari et moi avons passé un excellent séjour chez madame Barbeau.appartement très bien équipé.rien ne manque ... emplacement excellent une vue superbe .commerces et restaurants a proximité . Très belle semaine à Arcachon

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé et la météo etait au top. L’appartement de Mme Barbeau est très agréable, très bien situé et extrêmement bien équipé. La mise à disposition d’un parking couvert est très pratique ainsi que l’accès direct à la plage . La propreté à notre arrivée était irréprochable. La vue est superbe. L’accueil pleine de petites attentions ( trop bon les cannelés !) et la réactivité de notre hôte pour répondre à nos attentes et questions sont très appréciables.

Nous connaissons Arcachon depuis plus de 15 ans mais c est la première fois que nous nous offrions une première ligne sur le bassin !!! Et quel plaisir . Vue spectaculaire du salon et de la cuisine . Appartement très propre et ultra équipé que ce soit pour la cuisine ou pour le kit bébé.( lit parapluie + chaise haute + jouets de plage) . Très bonne literie.Très bon contact avec Mme Barbeau, propriétaire très sympathique. Nous recommandons grandement cet appartement.

séjour à Arcachon

La gentillesse de l'hôte, ses petits gestes d'attentions à l'arrivée (confiture et cannelés) et sa disponibilité à toute demande vont de pair avec la qualité de la location. Le calme, la vue sur le bassin et la plage au pied de l'immeuble font de cet endroit un lieu privilégié. Au niveau équipement, de l'économe au gant de toilette il ne manque rien, le moindre détail a été pensé. Proche des commerces et du centre-ville la voiture peut rester la semaine au garage ! C'est une location à recommander sans modération.

Super appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé. Confort, propreté, espace, conception et avec une superbe vue. Mon expérience a été extrêmement agréable aussi par la qualité de communication avec la propriétaire des lieux qui s’est montrée disponible, accueillante (elle s’est proposée de venir me chercher à la gare), d’une gentillesse extrême a été très réactive dans ses réponses avant et pendant mon séjour. Je recommande les yeux fermés cet appartement.

Appartement très agréable avec un accueil au top !

Nous ne pouvons qu'être d'accord avec les avis précédents : si vous cherchez un appartement de vacances très bien équipé, à la propreté impeccable, au calme, avec une vue sur mer directe alors ne cherchez plus. Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement de Mme Barbeau et c'était un vrai plaisir. La location est équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances, la literie est confortable, les lits faits et les produits de base (sel, pads de café, liquide vaisselle,..) et une petite attention de bienvenue sont fournis. La description et les photos de l'annonce correspondent tout à fait à la réalité. Face à la mer (enfin, le bassin), vous pouvez profiter d'une vue qui change en permanence et en 10 à 15 minutes à pied vous profitez des animations et commerces du centre ville. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
