Marrentchu - Arcachon

Located in the Abatilles district, approximately 1 km from the Moulleau and Pereire beaches and 2 km from Arcachon town center, stay in this fully detached Basque-style house with a wooded, enclosed garden with terraces, garden furniture, deckchairs, a barbecue, and a plancha grill. The ground floor consists of a beautiful main room with a kitchen and dining room, a very bright living room area in the veranda, a small bedroom (one double bed), and a toilet with a shower area. Upstairs, you'll find a library lounge, three bedrooms (one queen-size bed, two double beds, a child's bed), a large bathroom, a private shower room for one of the bedrooms, and a toilet. Electric heating. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for rental. Firewood and linens are provided. The cottage is suitable for remote working (office area in the living room/veranda, internet connection). Parking on the property. Tennis lessons and equipment rental are available if needed at the tennis courts at the Sources des Abatilles; reservations are required. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity, wood for the fireplace.
