Appartement lumineux, avec une vue magnifique et non loin à pied du centre ville (15 min). Un effort doit être fait en termes d’appareils et équipements ménagers qui sont vétustes ou mal entretenus (réfrigérateur, four à micro ondes, grille pain) ; des efforts quant au ménage dans la cuisine sont également à apporter (vaisselle sale, cafetière également, couverts cassés). Par contre, tous les produits d’entretien étaient disponibles. Un plus à apporter, mettre à disposition un four, un vrai. Un équipement était disponible dans la buanderie mais où le brancher (multiprise où sont branchés frigo, micro ondes, cafetière, bouilloire…non conforme…). Sinon literie très confortable, deux salles de bain appréciable, environnement calme). Autre point à porter à la connaissance des locataires, le parking au sous sol est très étroit pour le passage d’un véhicule un peu volumineux et surtout, impossible d’y faire passer un coffre de toit en hauteur. Nous nous sommes retrouvés bloqués en pleine descente dans le tournant à 1h du matin. Il faut impérativement prévenir auparavant les locataires ou indiquer à l’entrée du parking la hauteur maximale.

Tolles Appartment in super Lage. Sehr enge Tiefgarage, für niedrige oder grosse Autos nicht geeignet.Leider bekommt man nur ein Schlüsselpaar, sehr schlecht, wenn man mit mehreren Personen verreist.Küchenausstattung gut, Besteck ist schlecht, da wäre eine Neuanschaffung sinnvoll.

Schlechter Service!

Schlüssel für Tiefgarage funktionierte nicht, musste ein 2. Mal das Büro vor Ort aufsuchen! Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng und schlecht zu erreichen. Die Wohung war nicht abgeschlossen, als wir diese übernahmen. Da bemerkten wir erst, dass das Schloss kaputt war und nur mittels eines Tricks überhaupt geschlossen werden konnte. Uns wurde auf Grund unserer Rückmeldung eine Reparatur während unseres Aufenthalts versprochen, was allerdings nie eintraf. Haus liegt an stark befahrener Stra

Vue magnifique

Emplacement parfait, garage appréciable toutefois le virage au sous-sol pas facile quand une grosse voiture.Cuisine et salle de bain à refaire, une salle de bain très bien, lit salle à manger parfait 👍, chambre bien et pour chambre enfants moyen. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances la région est belle les gens sympathiques.

Vacances au TOP.

Appartement très agréable, confortable. Très bien situé. Vue 180° sur le port et le Bassin D'ARCACHON. Tout à fait à nos attentes. Photos correspondent à l'appartement. Proche des commerces. Centre ville accessible à pied même pour un modeste marcheur. A améliorer : Les petits électroménagers, surtout le grille pain avec poignée de manœuvre cassée. A vérifier : Télécommande de la porte de garage. Peut être pile a remplacer.

Super séjour !

Une vue superbe, un appartement spacieux, propre, bien equipé, avec le WiFi et une nouvelle literie, deux places de parking mis à disposition en sous sol et un emplacement idéal pour profiter du séjour ! Nous recommandons ce logement ! C'était super ! Merci à l'équipe d'Interhome pour leur gentillesse et merci aux propriétaires d'avoir fait des améliorations dans leur logement car les anciens commentaires faisaient douter ! Très belle vue sur le port d'Arcachon. Pas loin du centre d'Arcachon à pied comme des commerces. Appartement qui correspond aux photos. Bémols : manque de propreté du sol, matelas de très mauvaise qualité pour un ado qui touchait les lattes, garage en sous-sol inaccessible avec un Espace V.

superbe vue

appartement très bien équipé (machine à laver le linge, seche-linge, lave-vaisselle), spacieux, magnifique vue sur le port de plaisance et le bassin d'arcachon. Parking soussol très pratique, proximité commerces et plage. Petits bémols sur l'isolation phonique et thermique. Canapé à changer, taché et non confortable.

Très bel appartement bien équipé,propre,décoré avec goût avec vue sur le port. Situé à 10 mn du centre-ville à pied. Les indications fournis par le loueur sont claires .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .
