Unique "Plein ciel" Apartment - Panoramic View

  • Atypical apartment with an exceptional view of the Arcachon basin. Located on the 17th and last floor of the residence. You will overlook all of Arcachon, the basin, the bird island, Cap Ferret and even the dune and the ocean in the distance! The large west-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun in the afternoon until sunset. The apartment is ideally located about 1 km from the train station, the port, the beach. A cycle path passes in front of the residence to easily discover all the curiosities of the basin. A private parking space is reserved for you. The apartment is functional, ideal for holidays or a weekend for 4 or 5 people.
