About this property

Arcachon-style house in the city center with a beautiful terrace in a completely peaceful setting

  • Typical Arcachon house with large outbuilding opening onto a beautiful sunny terrace not overlooked and in absolute calm all this in the centre of Arcachon (beach and centre 5 min walk)
    The main house has two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The 1st bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds which join together to form a double bed. In the entrance, there is a separate toilet. The living room, dining room and kitchen open onto the terrace not overlooked and quiet.
    The outbuilding, at the back of the house, has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, television, small fridge and the other dormitory-style bedroom with 4 bunk beds of 90 cm, ideal for children. A bathroom and separate toilet.
    The terrace, equipped with deckchairs, outdoor table, ping pong table and outdoor shower. A bed linen and towels option is available at the price of €10 per person for the stay.
