This is a lovely property right on the beach. Good breakfast and easy to walk anywhere for lunch or dinner with the boardwalk right outside the pool area. Can’t beat it. Would stay here again on our next visit to Arcachon

The property is in a great location and right on the beach. Within walking distance to the centre for restaurants and activities. The pool and pool area are spotless and a great place to relax off the beach. Our room overlooked the pool and beach and our balcony was a great place for sundowners watching the sunset. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights in May.

Bad service at reception

Our room was not ready at the 3pm checkin time, and we were not given any reason.. the older woman at tge reception just said no when I asked if I could check in, I asked if she could tell me how long the wait might be so I could decide to go out. She said 15min , I sat in reception where she could see me, I waited 25min and asked again and another woman said yes I can check in now.. all the while letting me sit there. I am fine waiting, I know delays happen, but to not apologize or give an explanation was bad service.

Très bel endroit L'emplacement près de la ville d'Arcachon permet de s'y rendre à pied, et de laisser la voiture au parking de l'hôtel. La vue de la chambre côté mer est magnifique, elle donne également sur la piscine extérieure . Proposer deux formules de petit déjeuner est une bonne idée cependant le prix de la nuit est assez élevé et devrait inclure le petit déjeuner car l'accès au spa demande aussi un supplément. Attention à l'entretien de l'hôtel...une porte intérieure de chambre est rongée dans le bas et n'est pas repeinte contrairement au reste de la chambre

Si vous avez une grande voiture garez vous bien entre les lattes de bois presque inexistantes manque d entretien du parking trous, herbes folles La chambre balcon côté plage superbe vue si vous ouvrez les fenêtres sinon vous ne verrez pas grand chose tant elles sont sales,poussières au dessus du lit quand au luminaire n en parlons pas. La salle de bain serait aussi à refaire. A ce prix pour une nuit on attends mieux nous avons fréquenté de nombreux établissements moins cher et plus propre...

Emplacement de rêve mais un peu désuet soit vue sur le bassin en première ligne soit sur le parking. Petit déjeuner trop cher par rapport à la qualité du buffet, tout est industriel : confiture, cake, gâteau. Prix congrès plus élevé que le prix hôtel.com, incompressible.

Escapade à Arcachon

Rien à dire sur le séjour qui a été trop court pour exprimer un avis. Par contre, si vous achetez des sujets exposés en vitrine, faites attention! Jai eu une mésaventure. En effet, j'ai acheté 4 sujets ( 2 huîtres bougies,une feuille forme coupelle et une coquille de noix de saint jacques) et arrivée chez moi il n'y a que 3 sujets, la coupelle noix de st jacques est absente. J'ai contacté l'hôtel qui bien sûr met ma parole en doute, je ne peux qu'être la responsable...

Nous avons payer juste pour la vu car l'equipement de la chambre est très leger. Un bon raffraichissement serait a prévoir ainsi que l'insonorisation des chambres afin d'eviter d'entendre les ebats de la chambre voisine. De plus notre chambre n'etait pas prête lorsque nous sommes arrivés a 15h30, nous avons du attendre après 3h de voiture et avec une femme enceinte fatiguée

Nous avons passé un très bon week end. La chambre est très sympa, avec une magnifique vue mer. Très bien isolée nous n’avons pas été dérange pas aucun bruit. Ne pas se fier aux avis négatifs nous n’avons pas du tout été déçus.

L’ambiance de l’hotel est très austère. La moquette dans les couloirs tachée, la piscine est sale malgré un robot de nettoyage qui n’est jamais débranché même pendant les horaires d’ouverture. Du coup je ne m’y suis jamais baigné, d’ailleurs je n’ai vu personne le faire. L’hotel est mal entretenu. On voit plein de choses cassés rafistolés avec du scotch. Le personnel n’est pas souriant et dégage un sentiment d’agacement plus que de service. Prendre une chambre à plus de 200€ la nuit et être surveillé lorsqu’on prend le petit déjeuner à 7€ de ne pas prendre ce qui est dans la formule à 13€ est complètement décalé. On a l’impression d’être chez quelqu’un en permanence et non dans un hotel.
