  • Neat and functional apartment for 4 persons, near the main beach in Arcachon (150m) Market and shopping malls (100m).
    Located on the 1st floor of a residence, this apartment recently renovated, air conditioned, opens onto a covered terrace.
    It has a parking space in the sheltered and secure residence.
    The different levels are served by an elevator.
    Passage in front of the residence of a free shuttle to the city as well as a bike path.
    The location is ideal for holidays without car!

Appartement bien équipé, rien ne manque... très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied : plage, commerces, restaurants... En plus pour découvrir Arcachon et ses alentours, très faciles avec les 2 vélos à disposition et la piste cyclabe qui se situe en face de l'appartement. La voiture peut rester au garage. Joél, merci beaucoup pour l'hospitalité! Nous avons tout aimé, les appartements correspondent à la publicité en ligne. Il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, l'emplacement est excellent, près de la plage, du marché, des magasins, des restaurants. À notre disposition, des vélos sur lesquels nous avons parcouru la ville d’Arcachon et ses environs. Le propriétaire était attentif et accueillant. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour dans ces appartements. Tous ceux qui prévoient des vacances à Arcachon recommandent de choisir ces appartements.

Appartement très agréable, très propre et bien équipé, en tout point conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Sa situation à 2 pas de la plage, des commerces et des pistes cyclables incite à se passer de la voiture, et à privilégier les balades à pied en bord de mer ou la découverte des environs grâce aux 2 vélos mis à notre disposition. A cela il faut ajouter l’excellent accueil de Monsieur Le Corre, très sympathique et prêt à donner des conseils, soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. Premier séjour à Arcachon pleinement réussi et avec le soleil.

idéal pour de belles vacances au Bassin

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas des commerces et des plages du centre d'Arcachon, ce qui permet de se déplacer aisément sans véhicule. Le confort et l'équipement de l'appartement sont de très bon niveau (cuisine fonctionnelle avec vaisselle complète, lave vaisselle, lave linge, kit linge de maison possible, ..) Grand balcon pour déjeuner et place de parking sécurisée. Cette qualité de standing est très appréciable, tout autant que la propreté irréprochable de l'appartement à notre arrivée. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants, et vous réserveront un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux (pour notre séjour : mise à disposition d'une chaise haute bébé et d'un lit parapluie dans la chambre). Fidèles au Bassin, nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation à cette adresse, pour profiter de belles vacances en famille.

Rien ne manque dans cet appartement lumineux ,très propre,bien situé,proche des commerces, à 2 pas de la plage,une place de garage sécurisée,le pret de 2 vélos est un plus pour faire de belles balades au bord de mer. Nous avons apprécié l 'accueil très chaleureux de Mr Lecorre avec plein de bons conseils.Tout est réuni pour découvrir cette belle région, Superbe Dune de Pyla, la visite de la source des Abatilles est vraiment interessante,le bassin d'Arcachon en bateau avec l'escale au Cap Ferret c'est magnifique. Location très agréable, conforme aux photos et très propre. Nous étions 3 adultes, on peut manger sur la terrasse sans difficultés. La plage est à deux pas ainsi que les commerces. Le propriétaire a mis à notre disposition 2 vélos pour les promenades bien appréciés. Le propriétaire nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise , c'est le meilleur que j'ai rencontré de toutes les locations saisonnières que j'ai eu. J'espère y revenir bientôt.

Après 3 ans de recherches, enfin la location idéale que je voulais pour ma semaine annuelle arcachonnaise! Propre, bien agencé et meublé, c'est le T2 idéal pour des vacances au coeur d'Arcachon:commerces, plages à proximité immédiate. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons prochainement. Location très agréable,conforme à la description,très propre avec tout le confort souhaité. Propriétaire vraiment très agréable,se plie en quatre pour satisfaire son locataire. J'étais avec ma petite-fille sans véhicule mais sans problème vu que la plage est à 2 pas,les commerces aussi,vélos à disposition etc..... Je serais bien restée plus longtemps mais je pense revenir.
