The space

Nestled in the heart of Arcachon, this peaceful 70-square-meter (753-square-foot) apartment on the top floor of a welcoming residence with only six units is a true invitation to relax and explore, just steps from the beach. With two bedrooms accommodating up to 4 guests, a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Nespresso coffee machine, and a private washing machine, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. WiFi and a dedicated workspace are also available for those who need to stay connected. Its balcony, equipped for alfresco dining and complete with a parasol and loungers, offers the perfect setting for relaxing under the Arcachon sun or under the stars. The covered loggia adds an extra relaxing area. A fan is provided to keep you cool on warmer days, and a television is available for quieter evenings in.



Warm Welcome for Families:

The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate families. It comes with a complete baby kit, including a comfortable crib, a suitable bathtub, a baby seat, a toilet seat, a potty, and dishes specially designed for younger guests, thus ensuring a hassle-free stay for parents. A high chair and a selection of toys and books for children are also available.

Other things to note

Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, and dish towels are provided for any stay of 7 nights or more, and the beds are made. For shorter stays, the same products are available in a textile pack for an extra fee per person. Guests can also bring their own linens. The pack is paid for when guests check in.
