Arcachon In the center of Moulleau 50 m from the beach, restaurants and shops
Renovated apartment of 50 m2 on the 1st floor of a small quiet residence with large terrace and parking space for 6 people.
The apartment consists of:
- a living / dining room with a convertible sofa with a real 140 mattress and TV
- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven / microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine)
- 1 bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine,
- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and cupboards.
- In addition to an independent entrance (not linked to the apartment), 1 bedroom with storage and 1 double bed, 1 shower room and wc.
You can enjoy the terrace with its table and garden furniture and park your car in the reserved parking
You can do everything on foot!
50 meters from the apartment, you will find Moulleau beach with its pier, pier and children's beach club. Boat shuttle allowing you to discover the Basin, Bird Island, Banc d'Arguin or Cap Ferret.
You can use the nearby public transport (bus) allowing you to go to Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat or even the beaches of the Ocean.
A deposit check of 500 € will be requested on your arrival (not cashed) and will be given to you on your departure.

nice place near the shore

The place was nice to stay for a family holiday, but we thought there are all rooms in one flat. But there is only one bedroon in the flat. The kitchen ist very small, if you like to cook.

MalgrĂ© une arrivĂ©e tardive( due aux bouchons du 8 mai), nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© l’accueil de la conciergerie. Un appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© au Moulleau. Nous regrettons que la chambre situĂ©e au sous-sol soit mal insonorisĂ©e.

Semaine au cƓur du Moulleau, notre quartier prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©

En famille pour une semaine Ă  Arcachon, au Moulleau : plages, shopping, bars, restos
 tout est au pied de l’appartement Ă  la deco moderne et soignĂ©e. Belle terrasse. RĂ©sidence calme. Notre fils (ado) a apprĂ©ciĂ© disposer d’une chambre dĂ©connectĂ©e de l’appartement. De trĂšs belles vacances !

Super sejour au Moulleau

Bel appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© dans le quartier du Moulleau Ă  Arcachon, commerces, restaurants, bars et mer et plage Ă  pied. Parking complĂštement fermĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Literie de l'appartement parfaite. Par contre la Nespresso absente, il y a une ancienne cafetiere Ă  filtre et une bouilloire. Équipements de cuisine impeccables. La chambre supplĂ©mentaire est au rdc peut ĂȘtre ennuyeux avec de jeunes enfants, pour notre part cedt pour notre neveu dec25vans donc parfait il est indĂ©pendant. TrĂšs belle terrasse. Nous comptons bien revenir une 3Ăšme fois, c'est un quartier trĂšs sympa, vivant, beaucoup de commerces et tout Ă  pied. L'idĂ©al en ce qui nous concerne. L'appartement est dans une grande et belle maison pas dans un immeuble. Par contre vue sur un immeuble, nous ça ne nous gĂšne nullement car on se sent bien en sĂ©curitĂ© tout etant fermĂ© de tout cĂŽtĂ©. Bonne isolation, malgrĂ© le bruit le week-end avec les bars et restaurants Ă  cĂŽtĂ© on a super bien fotmi, fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es on est au calme.

Situation exceptionnelle pour qui aime les stations balnéaires people et ne craint pas la foule. La découverte d'un bassin d'Arcachon digne de sa réputation est à portée de main. A part le coin cuisine un peu exigu, tout est parfait. Location à recommander.

Au moment de la réservation nous avions opté pour un appartement avec deux chambres. A notre arrivée la deuxiÚme chambre était au sous sol. Humide et surtout sans issue de secours. Si le feu c était déclaré ou inondation nous pouvions que mourir car barreau aux fenetres

Quirky and functionally perfectly good apartment in a central location but it had all seen better days - almost everything was tired, old and run-down, or dusty or dirty, or mildewed or rusty! Kitchen had not been cleaned properly at all. Once we'd cleaned a few things, though, we really enjoyed it. There were only two of us so we didn't use the weird basement room at all.

Es hat uns gut gefallen

Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe gestaltete sich aufgrund von Sprachschwierigkeiten etwas holperig. Das Objekt ist so wie im Inserat abgebildet und ist etwas versteckt auf einem Innenhof. Wir waren zu zweit. Damit ist die GrĂ¶ĂŸe ausreichend. Die KĂŒche ist sehr klein aber mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Auf der Terasse, die sher schön groß ist, nagt der "Zahn der Zeit". Die Kissen sind aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit stockfleckig und die Markiese ist nicht mehr gebrauchsfĂ€hig. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Da wird uns FahhrĂ€der ausgeliehen haben, waren wir sehr flexibel und haben die Umgebung erkundet. Stand , GaststĂ€tten und Einkaufmöglichkeiten alles gut erreichbar.

Tout à proximité et au calme en plein centre du Moulleau

Localisation parfaite, appartement conforme Ă  la description et la simplicitĂ© des procĂ©dures font du sĂ©jour un dĂ©lice. La dĂ©pendance est parfaite pour des jeunes ou ados en quĂȘte d’indĂ©pendance :-). Rien Ă  dire, nous reviendrons.

Avec une personne ĂągĂ©e (87ans) La 2Ăšme chambre Ă©tait dans un sous sol inaccessible non prĂ©cisĂ©e dans l’annonce. ObligĂ©e d’occuper le canapĂ©. Rien Ă  dire au sujet de la propretĂ© et de l’accueil.

au coeur du Moulleau tout etant en retrait des allées frequentées

TrÚs belle situation, appartement agréable. Par contre il faudrait préciser que la chambre indépendante, de taille trÚs modeste se trouve en fait en entresol et est trÚs humide.
