"its nice clean room, only issue i had it was to noisy. all night long u here ppl walking or talking. i be ok if it was 9 or 10 pm but this was around 2 or 3 in the morning. "

"All fine except there was no light next to the bed. The TV sometimes malfunctioned (very loud static sound and then turned itself off). The door wasn't very sound-proof so I could hear lots of noise from the walkway and pool area."

"Hotel is historic and beautifuI, loved the look and vibe of the whole property. I was disappointed to have a room on the 3rd floor, not only was there no view, the windows were frosted to obscure roof right outside. Besides the lack of natural light, the room was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom had beautiful deep tub and great shower, needs hooks installed for hanging robe/clothing. Lounging at the pool, reading & swimming was a highlight and pool was perfect temp. Pool staff not super attentive. At check-in the desk staff did not share any orientation info about hotel with me and also did not activate my room key, so I had to come back down to the desk - she didn’t apologize or acknowledge her error which I found surprising and unprofessional. On the second night we found a dental flosser underneath the covers of a freshly made bed - staff acknowledged this shouldn’t have happened but offered nothing to make up for this extremely gross situation. I’m glad I stayed at the Roosevelt once. It was a splurge for me and I expected an overall better experience for what I paid. I doubt I will stay here again. "

"We stay 2 nights only and we didn't spend time at the hotel. they don't have breakfast but they have a dinner wright by the corner The staff were very helpfull with directions and we left our lugagge after check in until night"

"All 3 days of my stay the juice machine was out of service for breakfast and not enough seating. Considering the expensive daily rate you’d think they would have another machine as back up as well as enough tables seats. Also house keeping is only by request. I came back to my room expecting it to be cleaned and towels bedding replaced but I was sadly mistaken. Also I acquired a bug bite of some sort the first night sleeping there. An unpleasant experience forsure. The staff were helpful to accommodate me with extra towels and valet was a good man but also $45 a day to park there is ridiculous. Then a fire alarm was set off my last day there which shut off elevator access to use, so I had to carry all my luggage down a couple flights of stairs at check out. Prolly would have been better off sleeping in my car. $550 down the toilet forsure. "

"Second time we have stayed. The rooms are great and staff pleasant to chat with. Close to the metro and Hollywood Blvd."

"The staff was top-notch; they went above and beyond! They were friendly, professional, and engaging. We ordered breakfast, and it was fresh and delicious. The room we had had the best view of the Hollywood sign. If I go back to California, this will be the place I would stay again."
