The Gîte de la Vallée de l'Aujon

We are happy to welcome you all year in our cottage completely renovated and furnished with care.
Small independent tower, located within our property, locality "Ferme du Val Bruant"
Located in a preserved natural environment, this house of character will seduce the nature lovers and the families in search of tranquility.
House of charm of an area of 80 m2 composed:
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, open on living room and dining room. (sofa bed with integrated mattress, wifi, flat screen tv ..)
Laundry room: Softener / washing machine, iron ..
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with beds of 160, both equipped with a flat screen TV. 1 bathroom and separate toilet.

You can have lunch in our beautiful orchard where you will discover a breathtaking view of the Valley of the Aujon. (At your disposal: Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue)

The towels and beds are provided and included in the price of the stay.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by travelers. We can offer you a cleaning fee for 40 euros.

The house is located in the heart of the future national park and 3 km from the village of Arc en Barrois. You will find golf, equestrian center, restaurants, grocery store or bakery, butcher, pharmacy, and other amenities.
Opportunity to make beautiful walks by bike, on horseback or simply on foot.

Fantastic property, peaceful location with great views of the valley, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The garden was lovely and much appreciated by our daughter after the long drive! . Shame we only stayed 1 night on our journey south.

Danke das wir hier sein durften!

Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchreise und hatten hier nur eine Übernachtung, aber es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Das mit viel Liebe renovierte Steinhäuschen hat uns große Freude bereitet. Es ist alles sehr Stilsicher eingerichtet die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und absolut Stand der Technik und es war auch alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Unsere Kinder haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Sie freuten sich über den schönen großen Garten und die Spielsachen und sie waren absolut glücklich hier! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin Melissa Magrini für dieses schöne Erlebnis! Tobias und Familie

Fantastisch mooi en comfortabel huisje

op terug weg naar huis vanuit zuid frankrijk ideale tussen stop. Wat een rust na de hecktiek van de drukke snelweg. Mooie tuin en prachtige omgeving. Mooi dorpje Arc vlak bij met nog enkele winkels. Huisje is nog helemaal nieuw en van alle moderne comfort voorzien. Gastvrouw niet ontmoet maar aan alles is gedacht ook de kinderen. Er stond zelf speelgoed klaar! Kortom echt een aanrader. volgende keer blijven we langer dan 1 nacht.
