"Room was old, average, clearly the owners care very little about things like wires from the air conditioner sticking out, holes in the room, incomplete repair jobs, busted landline telephone just sitting around. Bed was good pillows were just air ( we always bring our own) it’s a low budget cheap hotel. We didn’t expect much and that’s what we got. Staff was nice. "

"When we arrived Friday night our grandsons put the TV on. There was picture but no sound. When we tried to call from room we couldn't as the phone had no wire connection to the wall. Went to office on both counts, only to be told there was no one available, but they would leave a note for the morning staff. The next morning we were told there was no maintenance on the weekend. Family went to breakfast and then we proceeded to the Lowell Observatory. While out my husband became ill. Found out from my grandsons that the pancake/waffle mix tasted bad and apparently was left out for hours which is why my husband became ill. Saturday night, starting around 9:30 pm there was loud music coming from room close to ours, Apparently, door was left open and people were outside talking loudly with the music blaring. This continued until 5:30 am. When we checked out I complained about this and was asked why I didn't call. When I reminded them we had no phone, they just made a face and said nothing. We will never use this particular hotel or chain of hotels again."

"The home was very clean and comfortable. We had our own garage with new appliances. This home would be great for a family with kids, with the bunk beds. It is close to shops and restaurants. I would recommend this home in a heartbeat."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. Loved the size of the main cabin, bunkhouse and property. Kitchen was a little tight but it was stocked with all the necessary essentials. Bedrooms, main living area and bunkhouse were roomy, comfy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed playing pool and the Burger Time, Space Invaders, and PAC Man arcade games brought us all back to the 80s! The chairlift swing was so fun and since it was too windy in the evening for us to sit at the campfire pit, there was the propane fire pit on the deck as a nice fire alternative. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery. I was expecting a bare bones hole in the ground outhouse and was surprised it was so modern with a nice shower, regular toilet and big sink. The property is heavily forested so you feel like you are secluded away from everything however you can hear the train all night and the one neighbor walked her dogs onto the property twice during our stay despite her posting no trespassing signs on her side of the property. I did not alert the owner of either of these annoyances, and did not let it affect my review, since it really isn’t the owner’s fault. We did not need to use the wood pellet stoves. There was adequate heating and ac, if needed. Temps while we were there was 50s and 60s/day, 30s/night so we opened windows during the day. We would definitely recommend this property and would like to stay again. "
