"Great place to say everybody was great hotel clean and very well kept. Also live they had there own market in lobby."

"We chose this hotel because Hotels.com stated hotel offered a convenient shuttle service for easy travel. We contacted the hotel to see how to book this and was told we should take the train from the airport. Not wanting to drag heavy luggage on steps and in train, as well as walk to the hotel from train stop, we took a taxi. When we arrived at the hotel we found the shuttle service would have dropped us right at the door for about 20% the cost of the taxi. Employees should be trained on this issue. Once at the hotel, friendly helpful employees at front desk, elevator, restaurants and bell people. We were asked if we wanted daily newspaper and even though we said yes, had to ask concierge every day for the paper."

"Stayed in a corner room which was spacious and well-maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Didn’t spend much time in the club lounge. Staff very friendly and efficient. Short walk to the metro which was safe late at night. Would recommend and would stay again"

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. I was worried initially that I didn't book in Shibuya or Shinjuku, but I was so happy to find out that the hotel is 4 min walk from Sobu and Honzumon line. It's also right next to a lot of great restraunts, a laundromat (5 min walk), a beautiful park with a mini shrine, as well as lots of shopping options. The hotel staff cleaned the room daily and provided water. The hotel bed is VERY comfortable. The room has a water kettle and a mini fridge. The city view from the 20th floor was amazing, stretching all the way to Yokokama Eye lit up at night. The breakfast buffet had an omelette station and lots of good protein options ( bacon , sausage, mackerel, sardines). I would definitely recommend this hotel to a first time Traveller."

"Great location. Staff are all professional and friendly. Has some problems with the clenailess of the toilet upon checkin but staff was very helpful and assisted to the changes The pillows are too soft. Hope the hotel will have a pillow menu as I will be returning in Nov2026."
