L appartement est proche des pistes et du centre station. La vue est magnifique. L agencement est parfait. Le fait d avoir un lave vaisselle est un vrai plus. Les meubles de cuisine sont vieillots et l appareil a raclette vintage est dangereux (impossiblede toucher les poêlons en cuivre a mains nues. Heureusement le fromager propose des appareils et cela nous a bien dépanné Nous avons passé un bon séjour

Vue magnifique
L appartement est proche des pistes et du centre station. La vue est magnifique. Le fait d avoir un lave vaisselle est un vrai plus.
Les meubles sont vieillots et l appareil a raclette très vieux et dangereux. Heureusement le fromager propose des appareils et cela nous a bien depané

L’appartement bénéficie d’une très bonne exposition plein sud et d’un emplacement appréciable, ce qui constitue un réel point positif.En revanche, le logement présente un niveau de vétusté qui peut surprendre et gagnerait à faire l’objet de travaux de rénovation et d’entretien afin d’améliorer le confort des occupants. Plusieurs éléments mériteraient notamment une attention particulière : les huisseries, à l’origine de courants d’air et dont certaines portes donnant sur la terrasse sont difficiles à manœuvrer ; le parquet, marqué par des traces d’infiltration ; les rideaux, usés ; ainsi que la salle de bain, dont l’aménagement (baignoire, barre porte-serviettes et flexible de douche) pourrait être optimisé, notamment pour les personnes âgées.La literie des lits superposés pourrait également être améliorée, les matelas étant très fins et offrant un confort limité.Lors de notre séjour, nous avons également constaté l’absence du détecteur de fumée, ainsi que des dysfonctionnements du chauffe-eau et du chauffage. Nous tenons toutefois à souligner la réactivité de l’agence et du gardien, qui sont intervenus rapidement pour résoudre les problèmes techniques signalés.
