"I would like to share my experience staying at this hotel. During my visit, I hosted a friend in my room. At other hotels, no additional fees were requested for registering a guest; however, here they asked for a 10 BD fee as an extra charge. There was no prior clarification on this fee, and I felt the situation was a bit awkward. I recommend that this policy be clarified for the future, so other guests do not face the same confusion."

We booked full Inclusive package to include all food drinks etc but when we arrived restaurants were closed. Cafe closed, bar closed, hairdressers closed. Shops closed. We were told that we could only eat in our room with room service. We weren’t able to even have a drink around the pool. Had to go to the gym to get water. Totally respect the culture but should have been forewarned so we didn’t pay for the facilities that we weren’t able to Use. "
