The front desk staff are bir intimidated. Not all guests are the same. They were not very welcoming. Just seemed too scared for some reason. They forgot to smile. For a property of this level a coffee machine would have been helpful. Instant coffee is old school. Nobody uses this anymore. I ended up buying coffee cause of this. Other guests were noisy. They knew they were untouchable and they were there for the weekend to party cause they can’t where they are coming from. Nobody did anything to stop them. The room was very nice and very large. The balcony is a great addition when the weather allows. I have to say that one of the ladies at the front desk was very kind to me when I told her about the noise problem when I checked out. She offered me coffee which was very kind. The lady at the coffee shop was extremely kind and welcoming to the contrary to most of the staff at the hotel. They should learn something from her.

Nice choice in Manama

The chair with cushion placed at the balcony got totally wet on the rainy day. Of course it was a rare incident in Bahrain as there are less than 10 rainy days in a year. But it did create a small disappointment. Other than that, breakfast choice was not that great. Everything else was good. The Chinese Restaurant located 10min away by foot is very good.

It’s great Hotel Great customer service. The people on the reception is amazing and expert especially there is a lady named Mary. She did a great job for me and I saw she did great for all other Customer was in the line and make it easy for checking and check out for all people. I saw in the hotel. I was really happy with them. They have really great service. For me as a diamond member with Expedia, I travel all around the world.whenever I go to Bahrain, I will stay in this hotel

Great property. Spacious room, lots of pillows, nice bathtub. Bar and restaurant with a view of the water. There's lots of construction going on in the immediate vicinity though (as of December 2023) and so it's a little tricky driving in and out of hotel. I didn't find much of interest in walking distance. There are other hotels, and a few restaurants and bars, but nothing that really stood out.

During our recent stay at the Hilton Bahrain, my family and I were consistently impressed by the exceptional hospitality and professionalism demonstrated by the hotel's staff. Individuals such as Mary Jane, Kevin Fatima from security, Zainab, Saiful from housekeeping, Tufajjul Hussain from Lamar Cafe, Imran Adil from concierge, and Jabed Hafaz, the chef in the breakfast restaurant, all went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The high standard of room cleaning maintained by Saiful Islam was particularly noteworthy, as was the exceptional service provided by Tufajjul Hussain, who consistently greeted us with a smile and prepared delicious hot chocolates. Imran Adil's assistance with our late checkout and his overall excellent service were also greatly appreciated. Chef Jabed Hafaz's culinary skills, particularly his delicious omelettes and perfectly cooked eggs, further enhanced our dining experience. Overall, our stay at the Hilton Bahrain was highly satisfactory, and we would readily recommend the hotel to our family and friends. The convenient location, with nearby shops and shopping malls, adds to the hotel's appeal.
