Renovated farmhouse 4 bdr, 3 bath, PARKING, WIFI, near slopes and shops

Ideally located just 450 metres from the ski slopes and 800 metres from the shops, this 86 m² ground-floor apartment offers a warm and functional setting for your mountain holiday. It features a small west-facing terrace and can accommodate up to 8 guests across four comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and two with twin beds.

The property includes a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a separate shower room, and an additional independent toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, and fridge. For entertainment, enjoy a Smart TV (compatible with Netflix and Prime Video), a DVD player, and a 4G box. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided for added convenience.

The apartment features individual gas heating and includes a ski locker and one outdoor parking space. The chalet also hosts two additional units for 6 and 12 guests, ideal for larger groups of friends or family.

A wide range of additional services is available for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, and baby equipment. During the winter season, enjoy discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment rental. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays). Pets are welcome for an additional fee per pet, per week.

Please note: at the owner's request, a fixed cleaning fee of €115 will be automatically charged.

Appartement ou le ménage n etait pas fait. Des canapés inutilisable, complètement detruit. Pas de lumiere naturelle.
