Modern 2-Bedroom Apartment in Flaine Foret, Near Slopes and Shops

  • Located 350 metres from the ski slopes and just 50 metres from shops, this spacious apartment offers a prime central location, with a free shuttle stop directly in front of the residence. It is situated on the 4th floor with lift access and offers 60 m² of living space, without a balcony.

    The apartment includes a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with two single bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for children under 6), and a living room with a double sofa bed. A separate bathroom, an additional en-suite shower room, and separate toilet complete the layout.

    The kitchen is equipped with an oven (please set the clock to operate it), a microwave, four vitroceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a filter coffee maker. A flat-screen TV is available in the living area.

    The apartment features individual electric heating and hot water. A private ski locker (no. 25) is located on level 1. Paid outdoor parking spaces are available behind the residence. This is a non-smoking accommodation, and pets are not allowed.

    Ideal for holidays with friends, this unit can be combined with another 1-bedroom, 5-person apartment in the same residence (ref: PTO023).

Déçu par le rapport qualité prix

Pour 3000e la loc de cet appartement à Flaine en haute saison, on est en droit d'attendre une bien meilleure prestation! Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement sale: sol pas propre, des moutons de poussière sous les lits et les meubles, bref il est légitime de se demander à quoi sert la prestation de ménage à 80e si c'est pour entrer dans un appartement dans un pareil état! Pas de chauffage dans une chambre! Le radiateur a été abîmé lors du départ des précédents locataires. Il a été démonté et tout le placo est resté au sol. L'agence nous a dit que le radiateur serait remonté pendant la semaine mais pas d'intervention. Bref l'appartement est fidèle à la description mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur du prix. Dommage ! Je ne suis pas sûr de retourner à Flaine l'année prochaine.
