Vale o preço

O resort fica ao lado de uma represa, em local muito bonito. As piscinas são muito agradáveis. Verifiquei que alguns ítens não estão com a manutenção em dia, ao contrário do que vi no ano passado, como por exemplo a área infantil. Os funcionários são prestativos, nas não atenciosos. O quarto é muito confortável e amplo, e o custo é o mesmo que um quarto de Ibis. O café da manhã é ok, e vale o que se paga. As toalhas precisam ser trocadas com urgência. No quesito limpeza, a nota da avaliação não foi maior porque, apesar de limpo, quando abri o armário dos cobertores havia um cheiro muito forte. Provavelmente umidade nos cobertores, que estavam lá a muito tempo sem os cuidados necessários, uma vez que estamos em Araçatuba, acho que nunca foram usados... De qualquer forma, não pude utilizar o armario para as minhas roupas. A internet é ótima. Resumindo, voltarei lá, acho o custo beneficio excelente, mas algumas melhorias em pequenos detalhes fariam a experiência ser incrível, ao invés de ok.

Hotel barato, mas sem conservação

Ficamos dois nesse Hotel, que infelizmente encontra-se em uma estado deplorável, as piscinas são a única coisa bem conservada, o restante está pessimo, a saúna, as quadras, sala de jogos tudo em péssimo estado, as bicicletas, infelizmente o hotel está abandonado, a localização e o lugar é lindo, se o hotel recebesse investimento certamente voltaria a lotar. Mas o atendimento é muito bom, porém poderia melhorar a gastronomia tanto do bar quando do restaurante.

Comemoramos 25 anos de casado no hotel. O local é maravilhoso. No entanto acho que o hotel peca em pequenos detalhes, como exemplo, café da manhã servirarm apresuntado, ao invés de presunto, tem um quiosque para colocação de redes, os funcionários disseram ter apenas uma rede. O hotel estava bem vazio, nos colocaram em um quarto muito distante da recepção, quando poderiam nos posicionar bem melhor. Mas mesmo assim voltaria com certeza. O local é bonito, agradável.

Nice place, horrible breakfast

I stayed there 3 nights during a recent work trip. It's a good 20 minutes out of town and nothing near there, so be prepared to bring whatever you need from town before you arrive. It is a beautiful resort with all kinds of birds in the area. The room was clean and the showers and WIFI functioned well. My only complaint was the breakfast. I've traveled all over Brazil and have stayed in numerous hotels and this was by far the worst breakfast service I've experienced. No eggs for two of the mornings and minimal options for anything else. I was tempted to buy some eggs in town and bring them in just to give me another option. Other than the breakfast it was a great stay.
