I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. The only issues involved in my stays the last 2 weeks are the fact that occassionally the desk clerk on days is busy assisting other guests so there is a wait to be helped. They do offer free baby cribs which as new parents is a big bonus
