"A very pleasant stay My stay began with a disappointing check-in experience. The first room I was given was not ready: the bed was untidy, the pillows were stacked on top of each other, one of the pillows was visibly torn, and the room was quite dark. When I raised my concern at reception, I found the response from Mustapha rather cold and unprofessional. I then spoke with Soukaina, one of the managers, who handled the matter with great professionalism. She took the time to listen carefully, understood my concerns, apologized, and made sure everything was properly taken care of. I particularly appreciated her attentive and considerate approach. From there, everything was excellent. The food is very good, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the hotel offers a genuinely enjoyable environment. I appreciate the way the management handled the initial issue and turned an unfortunate first impression into a positive one. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would happily recommend."

"The staff at this hotel are really the stars of the show. While the property is a nice refuge from the hustle bustle of Marrakesh, the facilities are slightly worn. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the pools are a nice, and while we preferred the smaller more private pool, it could have been better maintained,(the tiles were a little green with algae), but again, very nice amenity. We asked for a room change, as the bass of the music being played in the pool area, was pounding in our room. We were quickly accommodated, but we were not really able to get far enough away from the constant pounding bass sound. We decided to take advantage of the small pool in front, where we found some peace and quiet and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool. Later we had a nice dinner at the restaurant, again the staff are so very accommodating. The sweet receptionist organized a nice excursion to the Ourika valley the following day. We really enjoyed our breakfasts with the wonderful chef Hosmi and our friendly waiter Teoufiq. We had an early departure at 8am, but Hosmi happily made us coffee, and was very sad he could not make us breakfast before we had to go! And I wish we would have taken his suggestion to ask our driver to wait 10 minutes! This kind of hospitality is rarely found anywhere. We truly appreciated everyone’s sincere efforts to make our stay memorable. Bravo!"

"We've visited Marrakech several times but always stayed withing the city. This place is a bit removed, and you'll need a car to get to and from the city. This is an excellent value. Great pool, and the small restaurant serves up a good meal. This is especially a place for families with young kids, as there's a playground, even small soccer field. The rooms are very well appointed, and the kitchen has all you need for dining in, which is what many do here. Idea for an extended stay. Only thing lacking was a gym. That said, highly recommeded."
