My stay at Al Manara in Aqaba was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, the service felt warm and genuine. The team went out of their way to accommodate my requests, including offering a late checkout free of charge, which I really appreciated. This hotel is about 1 km walk from the main roundabout of Aqaba so the traffic density and noise is far reduced. The staff, whilst not being rude at all, seemed to not simply care about providing a great service. It has free parking in the basement but if you have more than a midsize car it will be tight to get in and out. The rooftop pool is small and closed at sunset.

The service wasn’t that much except dining room

I had a lovely stay at Cloud 7 in Aqaba. The hotel was clean and located in the perfect area—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to the heart of the city’s culture. My room was comfortable and practical, with everything I needed. The staff were all friendly, and I especially want to thank the gentleman who helped me with my bag and guided me to my room—he went above and beyond in making me feel welcome and looked after, even helping me get familiar with the area. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel, but it's significantly cheaper to get a cab from the street than from the hotel.

Room very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff always helpful and friendly. Bars and cafes very satisfying. Superb outlook over the Gulf.

Lovely stay here both before and after we went to Petra. We left our luggage here while we overnighted at Wadi Rum and visited Petra. It was a really nice break to relax by the pool and enjoy a clean, Western standard hotel in a country that is otherwise quite dirty and regressive. The pool was clean and sparkling, the reception staff very professional and the breakfast was brilliant! Rooftop bar has great cocktails and fabulous views over the seato Eilat.

Excellent except for NYE where we chose al a cartel instead of the family party function. Disastrous choice; service was terrible, food was cold, wine was slow and not what we ordered!! Food and Beverage Manager followed is around for the rest of our stay to ensure that our subsequent dining experiences were fantastic. Italian resatuarant was exceptional!!

The manager was very helpful. He not only provided advice on a number of travel matters, he went to the trouble of purchasing bus tickets in town on our behalf. Service all round was excellent. For diving and snorkelling, the hotel is well located. It is less convenient for dining, shopping and other sight seeing.

Exceeded expectations. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. They looked after me (single female, lost luggage, ATM issues) Thanks Gemma, Abdullar and the rest of your team! Made me feel very comfortable and well looked after. Gemma even followed up with me after I left to help me get my luggage back. Housekeeping would say thank you for a small tip by leaving towel creations on your beds - swans, flowers, etc. My room was massive, overlooking the front of the hotel - aircon and tv all worked...

A central location and easy access to restaurants and shopping as well as to the water front made the location great .. Some rooms have a direct view of the Red Sea, others with partial view. Rooms were clean and Tidy. Breakfast room was on the second floor with indoor or outdoor eating space. A nice variety of hot and cold food was available. The front desk reception was efficient and friendly. Other service staff were helpful as well. Would stay there again if ever I need the area.

Check in 4pm! Check out 12pm, no exceptions. Our flight from Amman arrived 8am, only flight every day. Had nowhere to go all day. Foyer crowded with other waiting guests. Cannot leave as town is nearly 30m away, there is nothin but desert in the surrounding area and taxi’s in the area are scarce and very expensive. We were more than happy with our stay and cancelled other hotels to prelong our stay. Felt like home.
