Spotlessly clean, lovely staff. We came here for the private reef just 4-5m in front of the hotel which is in pretty good health. You can rent snorkel gear or bring your own. If you want to swim not on the reef then shoes are useful (sandy beach but gets rocky quite quickly). Fantastic pool. Probably the best of 5 hotels we stayed at during our time in Jordan. Would happily go back

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Luxotel Aqaba Beach Resort & Spa Hotel in Aqaba, and I must say it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. First and foremost, the staff at Luxotel Aqaba was incredibly friendly and attentive. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the helpful assistance provided throughout our stay, the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well maintained. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and upkeep was evident throughout the property. Our room was beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring guests' comfort. During our stay, we encountered a minor incident shortly after check-in. However, the Manager of the Hotel, Raya, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and problem-solving skills. She quickly assessed the situation and made a smart and wise decision that resolved the issue promptly. Her calm and composed demeanor, coupled with her ability to make the right call, truly impressed us. It was clear that guest satisfaction was a top priority for her and her team.

Ich war noch nie in einem Hotel, bei dem das Management und Personal sich so wenig für die Zufriedenheit der Gäste interessiert hat. Selbst nachdem Dinge bemängelt wurden, gab es keine Reaktion, im Gegenteil, man wurde fast noch zusätzlich dafür verurteilt, Unzufriedenheit überhaupt anzusprechen. Leider Negativsterne.

Hôtel magnifique !

Tout était parfait ! Le cadre est magnifique au bord de la mer rouge ! Les chambres propres et spacieuses. Tout le personnel est charmant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner excellent. Toutes les petites attentions sont vraiment appréciables !! Mention spéciale pour Svetlana à l’accueil pour sa gentillesse ! L’endroit parfait après un séjour dans le Wadi Rum

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit super hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Spa Bereich mit der super Betreuung durch Wedad. Sie massiert, dass ist der Hammer. Empfehlenswert auch die Anwendung Türkisch Hamam. Auch der Diving Club ist sehr zu empfehlen. Dort kann man alles ausleihen. Das Riff direkt vor dem Hotel ist super. Ingesamt 2 tolle Nächte in der Anlage und top wenn man das Rote Meer besichtigen möchte.

The service was superb. Rataj Abutaleb, Reception & Shabaan were outstanding helping me in every single way from calling Taxis to bookings. Shabaan always alert to do whatever was needed to make my stay enjoyable and they succeeded. Can’t be better assets for the hotel!

Was hier einzigartig ist: Die 100 schönsten Meter Jordaniens. Nämlich das Hausriff mit teilweise intakten Korallen und einem Steg, von dem nan die Fische fotografieren kann. Frühstück war sehr gut. Abend sind wir in die guten Restaurants von Tala Bay gegangen. Wer das hiesige Buffet nutzen mag, sollte Alkohol mitbringen.

Das Luxotel hat eine High-Quality Ausstattung und eine ein fantastische Anlage. Das Personal ist nicht nur sehr professionell sondern geht auch sehr individuell und persönlich auf seine Gäste ein. Das Essen ist sehr gewählt und schmeckt super. Die dem Hotel angeschlossene Tauchschule kann man auch nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir haben zwar nur 2 Tauchgänge gemacht, da wir nur 2 Nächte hier waren, diese Tauchgänge mit Samir haben aber viel Spaß gemacht 😀

Skønt hotel ved Aqaba

Dejligt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Personalet var imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Hotellet har et fremragende dykkkercenter og stranden har koralrev og tusindvis af flotte fisk. En taxa til Aqaba koster 10 D, så det er nemt at komme ind til byen, som klart er et besøg værd.
