"Had 2 family rooms next to each other ground level facing the pool for 6 family members and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. We went by what the front desk person advised and she took the time to talk us through it and show us the rooms from the terrace. The hotel was full but yet you don’t feel it as so many pools and the beach and the water sports pier We stayed 3 days 2 nights and kids wanted to stay longer. The highlight of our stay are the staff so helpful and kind and hope to come back...

"Communication was horrible, we were not allowed inside and they told us we don’t have a reservation. When we called the host he said we don’t have a reservation but then he called back and said the room has an odor issue that’s why they didn’t let us in. We drove 5 hours to get to that location and we had nowhere to stay. And they still haven’t refunded our money. Overall horrible experience I do not recommend."
