"We had a wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Tala Bay Aqaba. A special thank you to Mustafa from the front desk team, who kindly upgraded us to a great room and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to recognize the lifeguard team for their professionalism and quick response. My son was playing in the deeper water and is a good swimmer, but another child accidentally pulled him from behind, causing him to struggle. The lifeguard reacted instantly, jumping in and assisting him within seconds. His attentiveness and fast action gave us tremendous peace of mind. Excellent service, great staff, and a memorable experience all around. Thank you to the entire team!"
