Registration #231268. Breath-taking Panoramic Ocean Views! Great neighborhood for walking & hiking. Fenced yard overlooking the ocean. Within one mile of restaurants and grocery stores. This property has been on the annual Symphony League Home Tour two times, and also in the local newspaper. This Unit is on the 1st floor of a 3-story home. Parking in driveway. No other guests are allowed on property, because of my permit requirements. When you first inquire, please tell us a bit about yourselves, or your situation. When you tell me around the time you will be arriving, I will leave the key in the door. Park in the driveway, open the brown gate on your left, and you will be your unit with the key in the door. Late check outs or early check-ins are $20. an hour. Santa Cruz is an ultra-popular vacation destination for nature lovers, surf enthusiasts and beachgoers. Whether you are planning a family vacation , a romantic getaway or a long awaited reunion. Come Sea For Yourself!
