"Be aware that the door closers are faulty. My hand was slammed in the door because it shut hard instead of closing softly. I reported it immediately and even took photos and video, but no one came to check it and management never followed up as promised."

"i booked 3 rooms for a weekend stay, for some reason foom 110 the alarms kept going off periodically, i mentioned it to a young woman at the front desk in hopes of them switching us rooms or at least have someone check it out. sadly all she said was thank you for mentioning it and then turned around……. kids loved the pool area."

The online check in was easy and just walked to the reception collected the key with champagne as refreshments. Being Expedia Platinum member and this hotel is under VIP access, we got a surprise upgrade to ocean view with balcony! Each room comes with exclusive bottle waters, wine, sodas, popcorn, salt water taffy, coffee and tea complimentary. The pool is heated overlooking the ocean with lounge chairs is a great place to chill and relax. We love the in room breakfast service and everything about this hotel! A great birthday weekend! Hope they have the loyalty program soon! We will definitely come again as this is our 2nd time visiting. "
