Welcome to Capitola Village luxury! Nestled in the heart of Capitola Village this custom European Tudor style home has a two story lofted bedroom accessed by a beautiful spiral staircase. With private parking, security camera outside the front door, and a private upstair patio you can relax and unwind. Granite countertops throughout, wood windows, french doors and a gas fireplace add to the relaxing retreat aesthetic. A queen sofa sleeper is available for your comfort.

You will love being in the middle of all that Capitola Village has to offer. World class restaurants like The Shadowbrook are a short drive or easy walk away. Gourmet cafes, wine tasting rooms, bars and boutique shopping await. Rent a fishing boat off the Capitola wharf, kayak or stand up paddle or surf at a family friendly surf spot. There are so many memories to make!

A private parking space is included with your stay in a shared open air garage.

Great location

The location of this property is great- It’s close to everything! The only negative for us was that the bathroom is downstairs and it’s a little tricky to navigate the spiral staircase in the middle of the night.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to many essential spots, so we didn't need to drive at all. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The condo itself is very cozy, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day out. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place for us

We loved this place. It's easily one the best VRBOs I've stayed in. Everything was walkable, a dedicated parking spot made coming and going stress-free, and the kitchen was fantastic, We loved the fresh air and patios. We will definitely be back!

Truly a wonderful place to stay and enjoy Capitola's charms. Loved everything about it! Great location! Super clean! Well-appointed and amazing. The on-site parking was also wonderful! Great hosts!!

Wonderful, beautiful space!

We had a great stay. The apartment is beautiful. Spacious and very comfortable. All the amenities including a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Close to everything, a convenient walk to the beach.

Family girls trip

I have stayed at the neighboring property a few times and this time there was a few more of us. Loved being neighbors with my cousins! The kitchen was huge and loved the flexibility of the larger bathroom with sink separate from shower/toilet! Great location for all things Capitola and beyond! Thankyou for lovely property and easy, prompt communications!

Walk to Capitola Beach

Great location and accommodations for 4 adult-sized people. We brought our queen-sized inflatable mattress for the younger 2, and found decent floor space for that. The bathroom/shower are separated from the vanity, so getting people showered and ready was easy. The location was amazing and within a couple minute walk to Capitola Beach, Zelda’s, Pizza My Heart, Margaritaville and Polar Bear Ice Cream! Good parking for 1 car too. I hope we’ll be back soon!

Luxury condo

At first I thought the space was very cute! I quickly found it wasn’t practical finding the bedroom upstairs and away from the bathroom. It was difficult to access while upstairs especially at night or if staying with an older person. My husband didn’t join this time but this would have been challenging also for him. The kitchen supplies were sparse for cooking and longer stays. Overall the place was warm and cozy with heating options available in almost every room and it had a good mix of lighting. The location to the ocean and village was very appealing. One of the things I enjoyed most!

The stay was great. The house has decent amount of room but still cozy also private parking.One thing i would suggest for the host is to include an extra foam pad for the couch bed becuase it is thin.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming rental! The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It truly captured the laid-back costal charm of Capitola. Its location couldn’t have been more perfect which was right in the heart of Capitola Village, just steps away from the beach, shops, and great restaurants. Another trip to beautiful Capitola

I go once a year to visit my brother in Capitola and this time we decided to use a B&B. This place was perfect, kitchen was excellent, fireplace was very cool and you could not have had a better location. Easy to walk to stores shopping gift shops in the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to coming back next year. The communication with the property manager was perfect.

We arrived earlier than expected. Property manager arranged cleaning service so we could check in few hours early. Parking available in garage below. Very convenient location. Awesome deli right next door. 2 blocks from beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location! They had issues with refrigeration but were extremely communicative but it did add work for us feel like I needed one more day to just enjoy space without ice water issues to keep food cold and a constant steam of melted ice The roll out bed is not great sorta slanted. but our boys traded off from that to floor. After first night using couch pillows under them.We enjoyed Capitola and being in the hub of village.

Great location, horrible pull out couch

Communications, cleanliness, and location were wonderful; however, pull out couch was REALLY uncomfortable. One could easily feel every support bar and coil and mattress sags. This location sleeps 4 at best. Add more kitchen basics.
