"By far the worse stay ive ever encountered! I planned a weekend with my lady and the hot tub didnt work. Went to complain about it to see if we coupd get compensated, room switch, or switch hotels but things quickly escalated because the hot tubs an amenity. The hot tub was literally why we got a room and the staff handle it horribly. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Complaints by a customer shouldnt be ignored! "
