Room was nice. I had to stay overnight due to flight issues. Shuttle was already at the airport when I landed later at night and got me to the hotel quickly. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Very nice hotel. The decorations and decor was pleasant, and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable continental breakfast had hot eggs, sausage and other delicious items. We did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but we checked them out and they looked inviting! There a children’s slide and play area. We would definitely come back the the Comfort Suites.

Good hotel and breakfast. Staff was a bit grumpy. We were in Appleton visiting family and had our kids with us. We came to this hotel for the pool and not quite sure why our cousin (lives locally) could not join us to swim. I get that you don't want huge parties, but others should be able to join us. There is a huge pool that was 90% empty???? The staff and all the signs to this point were rude. Signs were posted EVERYWHERE. We were willing to pay for a day pass. Because of this, I don't think we would stay again.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Very welcoming and not pet expensive like most. Pretty big hotel with fun suites facing the big pool area. This was a random stop on a road trip late at night and was a great experience!
