"One way in and one way out on the busiest road in the entire Victor valley area which is Bear Valley Rd. The rooms are small, no fridge, no seating except the bed and a desk chair. That said, the toilet is more standard and not like sitting on the floor to use the toilet. There is also a walk in shower with no bathtub to step into. The rate was good and overall a nice new place. Won’t stay again because of the road it is adjacent to, the traffic on that road and only one entrance and exit is also off the entrance."

"We booked the suite, which is supposed to have two beds and a pull-out couch. The pull-out couch was unusable, as you could not fully extend it without hitting the Cabinetry on the other side of the room. Even if it could be fully opened, it completely blocked access to the exit and the bathroom, creating a fire hazard. It was clearly a last-minute add-on to the room that was never tested, as it sat against an existing closet that still had bedding and a luggage rack inside of it when we peeked inside. There was nowhere to put Luggage in the room, since the closet was blocked. Hotel refused to refund the difference we paid for the extra unusable bed. Extremely disappointing, and put us in a frustrating situation when we got in late with sleeping children and couldn't take the time to switch rooms. It is also important to note that there is a window inside from the bathroom to the living room area. This means that when you turn on the light in the bathroom, it will light up the sleeping space for the person in the queen bed. Other than that, the hotel is nice, clean, and looks recently renovated. Breakfast was delicious, and the kids had fun in the spa tub, though it made the lights flicker a lot to turn it on. I wish I could give this hotel a better review, but our experience with the unusable bed and the refusal to correct the problem really put a damper on our stay. Hopefully they fix that, as they have the potential to be a really nice hotel."

"Room was comfortable and clean. WiFi was spotty. Exterior windows of the property were foggy and hazy. Not a good look for a HI at all. Makes the property look cheap and ghetto. Management needs to get those windows cleaned. When something like this is neglected it sends a message to customers that the place is not properly maintained. I would probably not stay here again."

"Stayed for an overnight. Typical Holiday Inn Express, except the bed was much firmer than any other Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at. The property was older and it probably due for a refurb."
