Didn’t like: parking whilst very convenient was tight to reverse out of. Liked: everything was great. Shower and shower products were eco friendly. Would have appreciated an extra bin in the kitchen and perhaps a recycle bin as we stayed two nights.

I frequently stay at Apollo bay for work and wanted to try a new hotel. After accidentally booking the wrong dates, l was unable to change the date, or receive a refund. If they were to simply meet the request, l might have continued to stay in the future. Poor customer service means l'll stay at other motels in the future.

Why do you believe you can cancel the reservation within 6 hours of the check-in time, especially when the booking confirmation clearly indicates it's non-refundable? The Expedia customer service has confirmed that we have no available rooms for the following day, as it's fully booked. We tried reaching out to you at the mobile number ending with 266 in an attempt to find a possible solution, but received no response. Cleanliness and customer service are the primary factors we prioritize, which is why we've achieved a rating of 8.8 out of 10 through Expedia.

When we were to check in the beds were made up but neither the sheets nor the pillow cases had been replaced and their were stains on the sheet and pubic hairs. We contacted the manager who was off site and showed him and he said he understood why we would not stay and he would refund the money. We contacted Whatif after much difficulty with the website and finally advised we wanted a refund and this was agreed. However, this has not happened and we have a debit against our account and no refund. We stayed at another location that night.

The lights in the main rooms, bedroom and bed headlights are too yellow which causes hurting your eyes. Should these rights be changed to a warm white colour would makes the rooms more enjoyable to stay.

Great place to stay! The room was spacious, airy and very clean. The room seemed recently renovated so felt fresh. The location is excellent, a couple of minutes walk to the main strip and across the road from the beach. Josh at reception was super accommodating, friendly and gave us lots of good tips.

Centre of Apollo Bay. Walk everywhere. Cafes, Restaurants and take aways tight there. Reverse wagon right up to door. Very helpful and friendly manager, Josh. Everything provided. Great bathroom. Good kitchen. Very happy. Can go again.
