This warm and inviting, quirky cottage is situated in a quiet location in Apollo Bay within a short 6-minute stroll to the Apollo Beach and an 8-minute walk to the Apollo Bay main shopping precinct. Surrounded by lush gardens, where your privacy is assured, you and your family can enjoy the peace and tranquility on offer.

This property offers, a large open plan kitchen (all essential, coffee machine, small tabletop dishwasher) & dining area (table x 8 chairs), separate living area (1 x 3 & 1 x 2-seater couches, LCD, DVD, sound bar, sub- woofer, Wi-Fi, reverse cycle A/C, wood fire). There are two bedrooms (1 x queen, LCD TV, DVD, ceiling fan, & 1 x Queen & Single), there are Nobo wall heaters in both bedrooms. Main bathroom (separate bath & shower), separate toilet, separate laundry (washing machine and dryer & essentials), rear spacious sunroom, the property also offers you all the amenities you will need on holiday.

The property also offers a selection of games, books & DVDs for you and your family to enjoy.

There is a beautiful, large, grassed garden area (fully fenced) surrounded by shrubs for your privacy at the rear of the property where you and your family can enjoy the outdoors along with your table setting for 6 guests and BBQ situated on the rear deck, there is also an outdoor shower for washing off after those Apollo Bay beach days.
There is provision for 2 cars off street parking.

Perfect weekend away

Cutest house. So lovely and cosy. The wood fire was perfection while the weather was wintry outside. Perfect location, less than 10 minutes walk to the centre and the beautiful beach. Everything we needed was in the house. And the backyard was great for the dog to run around and hang out in. Would definitely recommend.

Short stay in the Bay

The house has many endearing features and is warm and cosy, however had not been cleaned well, there were flies in the house throughout our stay. The kitchen was easy to use however the cupboards were very messy and hard to find things.
