This iconic beach home, is a popular destination for holiday seekers coming to Apollo Bay, with many guests returning year after year and it is easy to understand why. Perched in a slightly elevated position, on the Great Ocean Road, overlooking those magnificent ocean views from your deck with outdoor setting and BBQ, it is simply the perfect place to soak up that beach holiday lifestyle that we all dream about.

The property is the perfect base from which to explore all that Apollo Bay and surrounds have to offer: cafes/restaurants, supermarkets, retail outlets, Otway National Park, weekend markets.

Built and owned by one family since the 70s this house maintains the look and feel of its era providing open plan living with open fire place, polished floor boards, reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and 3 bathrooms A comfortable and well-maintained holiday home that all the family will enjoy!
