Ótima opção

Excelente localização: bem em frente ao Santuário. Todos os espaços são limpos e organizados. Café da manhã muito bom. Camas novas e confortáveis. O quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro, mas nada muito forte.

Excelente localização. Bem próximo da Basílica. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Estacionamento próximo. Quarto simples, mas confortável. Box do banheiro que era bem pequeno. Café da manhã simples, mas bem servido.

Quarto possui boa TV e bom ar-condicionado, um pessimo colchao, as paredes estarão sujas deixando uma má impressão A roupa de cama não é lavada na troca de hóspedes, meu edredom estava imundo. Aqui só vale a localidade, necessário atravessar a rua somente para estar na Catedral.

A recepção nos atendeu muito bem, o café simples mais bom. A estrutura do hotel regular e os quartos que ficamos horrível um mal cheiro que descobrimos vir dos ralos do banheiro. Trocamos de quarto depois percebemos que o outro tinha o mesmo odor.

Não voltaria.

Camas péssimas, afundadas. Hotel mal cuidado, paredes sujas. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, chão do quarto sujo, banheiro cheio de mofo nos azulezos que seria facilmente limpos com uma buchinha, o que demonstra que a limpeza não é efetuada adequadamente. Café da manhã deixou a desejar com pouquíssima variedade e vários mosquitinhos no local. Não voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Péssimo!

Aspecto geral de ambientes mal cuidados e sem manutenção, estacionamento com poucas vagas e com um cheiro forte de lixo. Quarto com paredes sujas, cama box com a base rasgada, lençol menor do que a cama, travesseiros velhos e sujos, sem sobre lençol. Banheiro minúsculo e desconfortável, do ralo vinha um cheiro forte de esgoto, que invadia todo o quarto! Café da manhã razoável. Funcionários desatentos e mal treinados. De bom só o ar condicionado e a vista da varanda. Não recomendo e nem volto!

Confortável porém no banheiro para tomar banho tinha uma viga na frente da porta do box onde mal dava pra entrar E o estacionamento horrível debaixo do hotel onde fica dificil o acesso pois tem barracas na porta da garagem

Razoável

Razoável. Banheiro com o espaço do box muito apertado, e para dificultar uma pilastra dentro com mesmo, dificultando me movimentar embaixo do chuveiro. Limpeza tbém razoável, talvez seja por causa do movimento. Se tiver só de passagem na cidade, blza! Mas para se hospedar vários dias, não indico.

Da expectativa a decepção

Como era primeira vez, esperávamos um atendimento melhor - vide que esse hotel é difícil para conseguir vagas. A limpeza não estava muito boa - havia uma calcinha usada no banheiro. Além disso, a porta da varanda não tinha fechadura e o quarto era voltado pra rua em um andar baixo Para terminar, o café da manhã não tinham muitas opções e o que tinha não era de qualidade - pães não frescos e frutas com aparência esquisita. E uma menção nada honrosa aos funcionários que pareciam estarem ali obrigados a trabalharem - nada simpáticos - a ponto de nos obrigar a tomar café fora e fazer o checkout antes do horário. Foi a primeira vez pra nunca mais

Pior estadia que já tive na vida !!!

Bem...minha decepção começou pelo fato de no aplicativo e site afirmarem que reservando o quarto standard teria vista pra basílica, mas ao chegar não foi bem isso que aconteceu, me deparei com quarto nos fundos do edifício, onde sequer tinha janela, apenas um tipo de vitrô escuro. Desci na recepção pra saber por que não estava no quarto pelo qual paguei pra me hospedar, e a resposta que obtive dos dois recepcionistas foi bem contraditórios, pois o primeiro disse que foi erro do aplicativo, e o segundo disse que se tivesse feito a hospedagem pelo site do hotel eu não teria este problema. O banheiro foi uma decepção, pois era pequeno e dividia espaço com uma coluna de sustentação do edifício, mau dava pra tomar banho sem que você batia os braços e mau dava pra se mexer por causa desta coluna, e também havia uma divisória em vidro com banheiro ao lado de outros quarto, e tinha de deixar a porta fechada pra não ser incomodado com a luz deste outro banheiro que passou os dias em que fiquei hospedado sempre acesa, e as toalhas finas que ficavam bem molhadas ao se secar com elas, tendo de pedir mais toalhas na recepção, o café é mais ou menos com poucas variedades, o que me fez nem querer almoçar ou jantar no hotel. E dia 05/10/24 por volta das 08h40 da manhã, me deparei com um casal tentando abrir a porta do meu quarto, e só pararam depois que chamei atenção deles, relatei o ocorrido na recepção. Depois descobrir que era a guia turística do próprio hotel. Não volto nunca mais aki

Razoável

Primeiro nos colocaram em um quarto com cheiro ruim e pelos de cachorro no lençol, reclamamos e nos colocaram em outra quarto um pouco melhor porém a cama era ruim, não tinha coberta, por ser de frente p uma rua movimentada o barulho atrapalhava a dormir. O café da manhã finaliza muito cedo tbm, as 9h.

Atendimento excelente!! Parabéns ao dono sobre os funcionários. Só as instalações que devem melhorar, pois é um hotel só para quem quer durmir mesmo, ar condicionado fraco, não gostei da cor do quarto e nem hotel, que era branco e pintaram de cinza, ficou muito feio.Porem refeição e café otimos
