"My family I made a reservation here from the 20th to 21st of April. We booked through hotels.com. Got charged $200. On the day of I tried to call to confirm and no one would answer. This was before 6pm. We arrived to find no one there at all. It was around 7 pm. We had to go find accommodations elsewhere and it was very difficult on our family. "
