"Looks can be deceiving. Do not book. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they were not accommodating at all. So many of the amenities were down, and the staff was not helpful at all. The last straw for me was when I asked for late checkout initially they granted that request and said that we could stay until noon. At 11:15 AM they were banging on our door like the police. I aexplained that we had been granted late checkout, and they still rushed us out although my boyfriend was in a business meeting virtually and our flight was not until later that night. The pool was disgustingly dirty, the breakfast was cereal and old milk. Even the donuts were stale. The waffle machine was broken. The bathroom sink was leaking and the Jacuzzi stopper was not available so we could not use it. Please save yourself the grief."

"Everything was amazing from the room, the view, the amenities and casino. I just wish the restaurants on site had more variety in what food they offer. The main pool was closed our entire stay but the west pool was amazing. Would definitely come back. "

"Mattress was not comfortable. A/C unit compressor was so loud, we barely were able to sleep. Also, discontinuing complimentary breakfast--but we were too late getting down to see what they did have."

"Don’t stay! Do not stay! Please do not stay there!!! Terrible service, toilet clogged so they calim their only maintenance service they have has emergency and took 36 hours for them to figure this out!!!!!!!!! rooms smelled and definitely the worst customer service. Dean has not been treated by people good before and neither has any idea how to deal with people! He definitely needs so many classes in customer service. I wish I can give zero star!!! Breakfast is a joke!! No workers there, no greetings, and it seems they are doing you a favour! Whenever we asked for something, their answers always to find an excuse about it. I will make sure to review this place in every possible platform so they can learn to do better!"

"Terrible service, their television and cable didn't work and they said the pool opened at 9 am and didn't open till after 930. Tried talking to front desk about issues but the front desk worker was in the bathroom over 45 min and there was a line of 5 people with complaints in front of me. All in all a bad time"
